Tybrisa Street is also only two streets over, which is considered the main entertainment district on the island for bars, restaurants, and shops. Also at the end of the street is the famous Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Terrific for spectacular ocean viewing and great fishing, it’s a popular spot for dances, musical performances, and special events.

Ideal for couples and small families, each bedroom in the condo features its own TV and en-suite bathroom. New furnishings and a cool contemporary style inspire throughout the space. The chefs in your party will adore the open-concept kitchen, lined with granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. Take in the morning sun with tea or coffee on the private covered balcony.

Your Silver Shores condo is close to it all — Tybee Island's main beach is less than 1 block away, as are delicious restaurants and fun bars. Dine on fresh seafood at Bernie's, less than a block away, or opt for sushi at Raw Ingredients. Seaside Sisters is a local favorite for gifts, unique furniture, and jewelry, just 2 blocks from the condo. Or spend the day in the sun at Tybee Island Memorial Park, 1.5 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great local
The local was great! However, the condo needs a lot of updating there are several items that needed to be fixed. The foot molding for the sliding glass door to the balcony was broken loose creating a tripping hazard. The sinks in both bathrooms did not drain will not did the tub in the secondary room bath. The unit as a whole could use a complete update.

Good spot, bad with help
The location and condo were great. It was very clean and the corporate company kept me posted about checking in and other info. The problem I had was with the local contacts. Before checking in, they told me the dishwasher didn't work and to not use it. We noticed it leaking on the floor the first night and cleaned it up. The next morning, it was all over the kitchen floor. We tried to contact the local property manager, maintenance, and housekeeping and they wouldn't respond to us. The main company got back to me, but what could they do different from what I was doing? The next morning, the kitchen sink was filling up and the kitchen was flooding. I took pictures and videos for proof and tried again to call people. No one ever got back to me. I was tired of soaking up water, so we left. It's too bad because the lot and condo were really nice!

Everything but the kitchen sink
The property was very nice except for the kitchen. The sink was backed up with nasty smelling black water with debris in both sinks. When you ran water into the right sink, it bubbled up into the left sink. We called and texted with Vacasa, but no remedy was taken. No one came out to fix the problem. We weren't able to cook any meals in the unit. The whole point of staying in a condo versus a hotel was so that we could prepare our own meals for 3 days of our 9 day vacation. We were very disappointed with the lack of response from Vacasa.

Spacious two-bedroom unit near ocean
Fully equipped with modern kitchen and everything needed for cooking in. TVs in bedrooms and living room with multiple channels. Nice balcony and just three blocks from ocean and restaurants. Tubs in bathrooms could use grab bars for older renters. No hassles with check-in or check-out. Nice unit.
