The deck has plenty of space to relax with eating area and deck furnitures. The third floor master bedroom is a beautiful retreat offering a fine king bed with Beautyrest Pressure Smart Plush Luxury Mattress, with its own master bathroom, living room area with a pull out sofa couch, a swivel chair, a study area with a desk and a chair if you are up to getting some work done while on vacation. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and washcloths.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we’ll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a chef's kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, and a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, coffee etc
4. Do you provide any baby items? – We provide a pack-n-play bed in one of the bedroom closets. We also provide a high chair.
5. Do you allow pets? – Ask OWNER- We allow one small dog for $50 per night
6. Is there a community pool area? – Yes, we have a community outdoor pool.
7. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
8. Does the community allow a golf cart?- Yes, you can rent a golf cart and park in front of the property.
9. What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited high-speed cable internet with Wi-Fi.
10. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Christmas Day, July 4th, and Thanksgiving Day.
11. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. What’s wrong? - The majority of problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first. Also, please ensure you have a verified ID on file.
12. How many parking spaces are there? - We have parking in front of the property for 2 vehicles ONLY. We follow our cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations during Hurricane season. We highly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance!
