Waterfront home and cottage on Copano Bay with a private 300 foot pier! Amazing views! Waterside firepit! Boat parking! The main house features open concept living, dining, and kitchen with unbeatable views of Copano Bay. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, spacious granite counter tops, and is stocked with everything you need to cook almost any meal. The dining table has seating for 7 and there is extra seating at the bar for 2. The living room has 2 over sized comfy sofas with built in recliners. A great spot to gather for movie night or the big game! There are three bedrooms. The master features a king bed and has an attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There is a large Jack and Jill style bathroom shared by the second and third bedrooms. The huge balcony and upper deck offer ample seating and a wonderful place to take in the scenery and enjoy the cool bay breeze.
Be sure to watch for the dolphin frolicking in the bay.
There is a small beach within walking distance and a nearby boat launch as well.
There is room for everyone so gather your family and friends and live the Egery Island Dream today!

Great Retreat

We had a group of guys spend Labor Day Weekend at the property. The property manager was great and addressed all our needs.

Great place for fishing!

Everything was good, except for the fact that there was nowhere to throw the trash. Both outdoor trash cans were full of trash. Aside from that, it is an excellent place for fishing and relaxing.

Fantastic!

Birthday fishing weekend for my father's 72nd birthday with family. House was great; very clean. Location was fantastic; quiet neighborhood. Communication with manager was super easy. All-in-all an amazing trip!

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has numerous problems. I would not rent it again. Outside, the grass was over 2 foot tall, there is a beehive at one of the stilts, loose steps, and trash in the yard. Inside, the door had a big hole at the bottom of it. House was full of flies. The floor was not clean. The washing machine doesn't work, the microwave doesn't work. The bunk beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are like sleeping on just a pillowcase. One toilet was not working when we got there, but they did fix that. There is mold in the house. The AC in the cottage bedroom does not work, so we were not able to use the cottage. All the problems we encountered are fixable.

The main house was perfect, the small house was pretty hot. The a/c just could not keep up.

Egery Island Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication with the owner was great, house is nice but needs some work. When we arrived, the three large trash cans were overflowing which we contacted the owner and trash was removed the next day. There are bees in the front column which luckily none of us were allergic. The grass was in major need of cutting. The hot tub was empty and unplugged, unsure if it worked or not. Plug covers in the house were missing, the AC did not keep the house cool, and the pier lights were not all working. The cleaning company for this house needs to be replaced in my opinion, there was food between and behind the washer/dryer and also stuck on side of cabinet. There were also ants in the kitchen that got into everything. This place would be really nice if repairs were made, house was properly cleaned and everything was kept up.

Amazing place for a big rip

Clean. Beautiful. Stayed with Girl Scouts. Ventured out during the day. The girls and adults loved the place. Well kept. Easy to locate and access. Manager is always quick to answer any questions. Woujd stay again.

Escape from the city

Amazing property manager

Honest, all the outdoor deck furniture needs replacing. Dock lights not hooked up. Interior of the home was wonderful. Beds super comfy and sheets pure white. Despite no internet or Wi-Fi (router died) and bad weather, we would not hesitate to book again. Would recommend UNO cards be replaced. 😍
