Fruit Valley Country Cottage is a 2-story cottage located on 8 beautiful acres in the heart of the country. Home has been renovated and is beautifully decorated to accommodate anyone looking for a peaceful get-a-way. The cottage is fully furnished.

The main floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, half bath, master bedroom with one queen bed, & master bathroom.

The second floor includes bedroom with 2 queen beds, lounge area, & full bathroom.

Perfect getaway
We stayed here for a wedding and it was the perfect spot for us! We wanted a place that was secluded but still close to Nashville and this was the spot! We enjoyed the quiet and there are some great small towns close by with some wonderful restaurant. Get the fried chicken at Eagleville Grocery! The only thing was that the upper loft was a bit hot so an additional fan would help! We had a great time and will definitely book again!

Great Place To Stay!
We loved everything about this property. The house was very nice and clean. The property where it's located is very secluded, which is what we like. Highly recommend it to others staying in the area.

Quiet location
Had a hard time finding it the first night. But that was the GPS fault. You need to turn on the road by the cemetery & it's on your left from there. We loved the fire pit & sitting out there at night listening to the coyotes call to each other's packs. The owners have tried to update the house in several places. It served our purpose just fine.

Family Reunion
My son, and family, moved from NY to TN almost 2 years ago. Thankfully, we found this home, large enough for 6 out of state family members to gather. This cottage home was a wonderful retreat that gave us a peaceful and comfortable location near my son’s home in Chapel Hill. We will book this house again on our next visit. It couldn’t have been better! Thanks for the top notch accommodations.

Nice stay in the country south of Nashville
Took a road trip from Texas and was looking for a place to stay in the country outside of Nashville. Stumbled across this place and realized it was very close to where some of my ancestors lived before moving on to Texas. Modern cabin was well appointed and perfect for us (though we didn't need the extra space upstairs). Like it being somewhat remote, but with good road access. Also like how it was surrounded by trees.

Great place for a personal retreat
I was looking for a quiet, peaceful place where I could have a personal spiritual retreat before heading overseas to do humanitarian aid work. I am so thankful I found this place. It was secluded within the woods yet within a nice, safe neighborhood. As I pulled down the long driveway, I could feel the peace starting to settle in. The home was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The bathrooms were updated and the water was hot with lots of pressure. The home felt very welcome. I spent a lot of time on the porch swing. The kitchen was clean and functional and it appeared the owners had made sure it was easy for me with fresh ice in the freezer and a welcome sign for me on the fridge. The home was cozy and quiet and made a perfect setting for a two day retreat. I didn’t use the upstairs as I was traveling alone, but the downstairs was laid out very nicely. I will be back for my next retreat! Thank you for hosting me!

In town with teen for a concert
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There was plenty of room for everyone and the teens loved the upstairs area with 2 beds and their own bathroom. The checkin process was easy and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend a stay at the cottage.

Beautiful Retreat
The property is a beautiful wooded retreat with a cottage that has been phenomenally cared for and updated with all modern interior. I greatly enjoyed my week here, and slept better than I do most places. Definitely recommend!

Clean and exactly as described
The property was very clean, and exactly as described. Google maps had a small issue where it told us to turn right instead of left on the last road before we arrived, but this is just an issue with the map. The owner was quick to reply and very helpful. We (my wife and two small children) enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this to anyone who wanted a peaceful country stay just 30 minutes from the city.

Very nice surroundings in a secluded country farm house
My experience with this fruit valley rental property was easy & satisfying from the start. I was a little uneasy when I first located the house because it was further out in the country than what I thought. However, the neighborhood was very.nice with no problems at all. The house was very well equipped, nice furnishings, beautifully decorated and I believe the cleanest rental property I have stayed in thus far. The host was also very helpful and answered any of my questions promptly.

Turning into the tree lined driveway wondering what we would find...a beautiful white Cottage! Happy to see a ramp perfect for our mobility challenged family member. Stepping inside to find a lovely decorated Living Room, a full functioning kitchen and a charming Dining Room. Cozy Master Suite on the first floor with 4 poster bed and large Bathroom. Upstairs was very cozy and comfortable with 2 Queen beds and a full Bathroom. Very clean, and AC was great. Communication with Host made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Tranquil and Relaxing!
This beautiful property is not one to be missed! The setting is idyllic and the cottage is beautiful. The house had all the features we needed for a relaxing stay. It was squeaky clean when we arrived and check-in was a breeze. We really appreciated the quick response from Chris (Host) when we had a question. We loved our time at this property and no one wanted to leave on check-out day! We can't wait for our next visit!

GIRLS TRIP
Beautiful and peaceful setting in Nature! Welcome relief from having to stay where you don't have to deal with crowds. Sit on the porch, and just chill! Close to several attractions. The ones we went to were within 20 to 45 minutes to us. We got a house for a lot better price than a hotel stay. Plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay!
Beautiful quiet farm cottage. Has all the modern amenities but secluded and peaceful. Our host was very cordial and we felt we could contact him easily if need be. Honestly we didn’t want to leave. We will stay here again!
