Restaurants, bars, boutique shops, ice cream, salons, water sports, deep sea fishing and so much more ON YOUR STREET and within a 5 minute walk. Don't want to leave? The resort has a HEATED POOL, private fishing dock, and a large outdoor dining area with grills! Paradise awaits!

The Space:
Both a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization & incidentals agreement are required to check-in.

This Oceanside Captain's 285sqft studio suite has been newly remodeled and updated with Florida style tile flooring, coastal blue & green interior paint, and sea inspired decor and furniture to make you feel like you're truly on that island getaway! The ocean views from the balcony (shared with neighbor) are UNBEATABLE. You can watch all the dolphins and birds over the Mandalay channel while sipping on your cocktail and soaking in the sun! Want to stay inside? We've got a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for movie time and a FULL KITCHEN for the home chef! Like to grill? Complimentary grills by the pool (not guaranteed to be available and we are not responsible for there cleanliness - they are managed by the resort)!

The open floor plan will make sure you never feel cramped, and makes it the perfect couples retreat or honeymoon destination! Cook in the kitchen, lounge on the sofa, chill out on the comfy bed (which comes down from the wall and can be put away for more space), or take a shower in the newly renovated tile bathroom! And forget having to use the lights during the day, this units view over the water and ample windows ensures that you get all the natural sunlight you could ever want!

Before EVERY STAY the entire unit receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING that is checked twice before it's approved for check-in. The professional cleaning team thoroughly washes and replaces every towel / bed sheet / linen, vacuums and swiffers every inch of the condo, cleans and fully restocks all the kitchen necessities, and sanitizes the whole bathroom from floor to ceiling!

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.

As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to every amenity the resort has to offer! This includes access to the heated lagoon pool, a large sunny outdoor dining area, a private fishing dock (and area to dock your jet skis!), onsite laundry, free instant WIFI and a couple gas grills. Our oceanfront condo is also located just down the street (minutes) away from Clearwater beach! Throw on some sandals, grab the beach chairs we provide, and go soak up some sun on the sandy Clearwater beach.

All amenities outside of the unit are managed by the resort. This includes, but is not limited to, the grills, the pool, the sun deck, and the parking lot. We DO NOT guarantee the *availability* or *cleanliness* of any of these amenities. The resort, at their discretion, make close down any amenity at any time and that is not our responsibility. Therefore we do not issue refunds due to an amenity closure or for the state of an amenity, though we'll do our best always to help you out.
