The 2nd Master Bedroom is known as the "Terrace Suite" featuring balcony access, Queen bed with oversized nightstands, bench, and 65" Sony TV. The Terrace Suite has private access to a Master Bathroom with double vanity sinks, separate bathtub/shower, and access to a large private closet. No events allowed, only 6 persons allowed at home, pool passes must be worn when using the pool (Max 6).

Pet fee will be $75/night per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Each pet must be under 20 lbs.
There are security cameras installed on the property.
There's one on the balcony, garage, front entrance, and carport.
