Indian Wells Retreat Walk to Tennis Center

This comfortable fully stocked vacation home is ideally located in the Coachella Valley. This unique neighborhood of 18 homes surrounds a large 3-acre green belt and pool area. The house is walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, home to the BNP Paribas Open, USA Pickleball National Championship Tournament, the Indian Wells Arts Festival and numerous other events. It's also walking distance to the shuttle stop for Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.

It's a short drive to fabulous restaurants, golf courses, world class shopping on El Paseo, grocery stores, hiking trails and other conveniences.

This 3-bedroom 3-bathroom single level home offers two primary suites, one with a King-sized bed, the other with a Queen-sized bed. Each primary suite has an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom, with a Queen-sized bed and a Twin bed, is located next to the guest bathroom. A crib is located in the King primary suite, please provide your own crib sheets.

The great room offers ample space to relax and unwind. Enjoy a game of pool or the large flatscreen HD Smart TV with movie channels. There is also a poker “table” and chip set if you’re feeling lucky (located in the Queen ensuite closet).

The Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, double oven, electric stove top, microwave and refrigerator. Glassware, flatware, cookware and dishes are provided. Non-breakable glassware and dishes are provided for use on the covered patio and pool area. Most small appliances can be found in the kitchen.

There is also a “coffee bar” for your enjoyment with a selection of tea and coffee pods for the Keurig coffee machine.

The house is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels (for use at the pool).
