Lovely & Spacious OC Condo with Private Balcony
This is a renovated, beautiful and spacious condo, secluded in the quiet and desirable neighborhood of Caine Woods, OC. Far away from the downtown hustle, but still close to the fun and food of the beach. It comes fully equipped for your stay, including everything for you to prepare and eat your own meals, a new LG washer-dryer, free high-speed Wi-Fi, A/C, TV and much more. Whether you are enjoying the picnic table outside, or relaxing on the balcony, we hope you enjoy your stay!
With 680 square feet of open floor, a nicely sized living room and kitchen, breakfast bar, central heating & air conditioning, a walk-in closet, a balcony and a back deck, and plenty of parking spaces, this unit is ready to accommodate all your needs in Ocean City. Bedding includes 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen pullout couch, and 1 Twin trundle bed underneath the Queen bed.
Having been to 48 states and 250+ National Parks, we decided to theme the decoration of this unit around our love of them, their history, and nature as a whole, represented by the posters, paintings, works of art, some hand made by us, and fossils we have collected over time. Our family has enjoyed the condo a lot, even treating it as a second home at times, and we are glad to share this marvelous space with you. We trust you will enjoy your time in Ocean City!
If you need to set up extra space to work or simply set up your computer, you will find 1 foldable desk in the walk-in closet. Please set the foldable desk up as you see best fit and put it back in place before you check out. Message us if you have any questions about setting it up.

Our condo is secluded in the quiet and desirable neighborhood of Caine Woods, far away from the downtown hustle, but still close to the fun and food of the beach. Whether you are enjoying the beautiful and spacious condo inside or catching some sea breeze on the private balcony, you know you are at the beach but you will feel like home.
