This rental is right on Ali i Drive, an oceanfront road that leads right into downtown Kailua-Kona. The entire area offers shopping, biking, and walking while never losing sight of the ocean. Head in the other direction to popular beach destinations like Lyman s (a great surfing spot just under a half mile away). Both Magic Sands Beach and Pahoehoe Beach Park are just one mile away. Local take-out favorite Da Poke Shack, with its famously fresh tuna, is less than a block away from the condo - perfect for take-out you can enjoy on the beach. A bowl food fans will love the Island-style breakfast at the new Magic Sands beach restaurant. Please note there is only one AC unit located in the living room. If you leave the bedroom door open throughout the day and night you ll be able to feel the AC throughout the unit. No elevator on site.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic start-up supply of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
