Black-out shades throughout the house make it easy to enjoy the beautiful views or watch your favorite shows during the day. French doors open to the 10’ x 20’ large patio with furniture, a fire-pit, BBQ, and string lights to enjoy wonderful evening views outside!
The adjoining kitchen offers stainless appliances, granite countertops, a large center island with bar seating, contemporary dining table with seating for 6, and a pantry with tucked in microwave. All plates, utensils, kitchen tools, pots/pans, and basic spices are provided for you to use during your stay.
The top floor includes a carpeted master bedroom with a walk-in closet, King bed, and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. This floor also has a full laundry area with a washer and gas dryer, as well as a hallway bath with dual-sinks and a shower/tub combo.
1GB internet speeds allow for multiple devices to be in used at the same time and will be sufficient for most home-office needs.
The windows are dual pane for maximum noise reduction and temperature control. All bedrooms, kitchen, and living room windows have blackout shades.
We do not allow pets, smoking of any kind, events, parties or overnight guests not on the reservation.
