3 br/3b house on 30A! Walk to beach. Fenced yard.

Welcome to Inlet Beach Vibes :) This house is designed by me and redecorated for a new season. House is located on a large lot and features two private units (one sleeps 8, another sleeps 4). The house has an open floor living/dining, unique design, wet bar, patio, grills, hammocks and added privacy. Located 5 min walk to the beach, ~2.5 mi drive to Rosemary beach in golf cart friendly community and 1 mi to lake Powell. All new appliances, furniture and cotton beddings - come and enjoy the best sand beaches of America. Dedicated 6 car parking on the driveway. We provide beach towels. :)
The house is divided into 2 private areas (2/2 and 1/1) connected via front and backyard. Backyard fully fenced for your privacy. In the main house: Open floor plan with dining/living area. Dining for 8 + island next to it for 3 and couches for 5. One bedroom features king bed and office space. Another bedroom has 2 queen beds. Sleeper sofa (queen) in the living room. Full size laundry. Second half of the house has it's own kitchenette/wet bar seating 4. Really cool vibe! One bedroom with king and one bathroom (access to bath from the bedroom). Living area features a sleeper couch (queen) and office space. Both living rooms have Samsung smart TV installed. Fresh beddings and extra pillows will make you feel pampered. Stylish kitchen has all the necessities and charcoal grill outside (bring your coal). Front porch with two hanging egg swing chairs is perfect for romantic morning coffee and after dusk glass of wine ;) Oversized deck connects both bedrooms in main house and provides the outdoor relaxation area. The backyard beyond the deck is mostly sand and weeds. We lawn doesn'd do well in this sandy grounds.
We are at west side of town next to rosemary beach. Grey house with turquoise doors and white lime stone front yard! Use G-maps to find us. Apple maps get lost. The house is divided into 2 units connected via the front- and backyard. You will have access to both. Our house offers 6 cars onsite dedicated parking on the concrete and gravel driveways. Map for beach access is provided. This is a golf cart friendly community in case you want to rent. You are short drive westbound to fancy Rosemary beach community with all the fine dining and shopping it has to offer. Also ~6 mi drive to Panama City beach downtown with more traditional coastal bars and dining experiences. Ask me for recommendations.
The guest who reserves must be over 21 to reserve and check in. Our neighborhood is quiet and no parties are allowed! No exceptions.
We provide the comforters with the duvets instead of a sheet and quilt. Duvets same as other beddings are washed after every guest. This is the most sanitary option European style ;)
Enjoy all the provided equipment at your own risk. Watch your step while you are in the house. The home has a split floor plan with the step up/down. Please beware that our house is NOT suitable for young children. You can inquire and I will consider with liability waiver. We have ring door bell camera at the entrance of the house for your security. Use hammock and swing egg chairs at your own risk, strictly <200 lbs weight limit, they aren't intent for swinging, please use common sense while on property. We are in Florida and if you leave the patio door open the lizards, bugs and spiders get in. Pest control sprays the house regularly, so if you see something live - it must just got in… please keep that in mind. The property is on septic. Please be gentle with it. Absolutely nothing but toilet paper can be flushed or go down the drain (even flushable items, grease, oils, tampons, etc). Our septic tank will thank you! The bedding for sleeper sofa in main is located in the bench by the entrance, cushions and pillows for patio furniture are in the closet of the bedroom to the right. In the smaller unit the bedding is in the wadrobe. Bring your coal if you plan to grill. Apply water on hot coals after use to prevent fire. Please clean the grill before checkout and cover it up. The outdoor faucet is conveniently located at front to rinse your feet after the beach. No candles in the house please. The property is dog friendly, only small and medium dogs of non-aggressive breeds welcome with a pet fee. Enjoy!
