About the house:
Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Rapid City. It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.
What guests love about our listing:

What some guests don't love about our listing:
➥There are two houses on the same lot so the parking lot is shared but there is plenty for everyone
Our home sleeps 10 guests with 3 queen beds, 3 single beds, and 1 single sized sofa sleeper.
➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest
➥Extra sheets and pillows are provided in case they are needed
Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.
Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.
-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.
- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- No pets allowed in the home.
- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

We chose this neighborhood for our short-term rental because of its prime location near downtown Rapid City. Guests can enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants, and vibrant entertainment while still experiencing a quiet and welcoming residential atmosphere. The area is also a great gateway to the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, and other outdoor attractions, making it an ideal spot for visitors looking to explore both the city and the natural beauty of the region.

Our short-term rental stands out with its fantastic layout and dedicated game room, making it perfect for families and groups. With two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and two more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game room in the basement, the home offers plenty of space for everyone to relax. The game room, featuring two arcade games and a foosball table, creates the perfect hangout spot for kids while adults unwind upstairs. Plus, the home’s prime location near downtown Rapid City means guests are just minutes away from great dining, shopping, and entertainment.
