24 Muirfield is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with golf course views of the Harbour Town Golf Links 2nd Fairway! Located in the heart of Sea Pines, this end unit villa sleeps 8 and is within a 5-minute walk to the Harbour Town Lighthouse, 2-minute walk to the Shops at Sea Pines and a 10-minute bike ride to the beach.

The first level of this villa features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and the main entertainment area. The first bedroom is located to the right of the main entrance with a king-sized bed, smart TV and newly remodeled ensuite. The ensuite features an expansive vanity with a tiled walk-in shower and linen closet for added storage. Just down the hall and to the left, bedroom 2 features a new king-sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also connects to the hallway for added convenience.

Before entering the kitchen, the laundry room is located to the right with a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker. The open floor plan makes this villa perfect for entertaining with a seating area located just off the kitchen for morning coffee. The dining room offers seating for 10 and offers stunning views of the golf course. The living room features comfortable seating for all with a large smart TV, sky lights for added natural light and access to the deck. Through the sliding glass doors, the deck is perfect for outdoor entertaining with a dining table for 6.
