Just five miles from the scenic Oregon Coast and Highway 101 you will find this secluded forest hideaway on over 10 beautiful acres with river frontage for fishing, boating, kayaking, etc. Great location on the Siletz River where peace and quiet abound!

This home was recently remodeled and comes with a host of amenities including a hot tub, outdoor shower, gas fireplace, EV charger, new appliances, BBQ grill, game room, covered parking, walking trails, dock (in season) and much more! Close to the beach, outlet shopping and casino with Depoe Bay or Lincoln City less than 20 minutes away. Peaceful and quiet with forest views from every window. Generally warmer and sunnier than the coast, the perfect combination of coastal cool and valley warmth, come enjoy!

Amazing!!

This house is absolutely stunning! The location is perfect and the owners were great! My husband and I had a great time spending our first wedding anniversary here. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful Property!

The picture thoroughly represent how beautiful this place is. There are tons of kitchen items that are availabile for use. The owners are prompt in their reply to messages and take great care of everything. The walk down to the river is peaceful and there are many differences options for seating out there as well. I would highly suggest staying at this gorgeous home!

Awesome!! Very private!!

Very relaxing, super clean, very private. We enjoyed peace and quiet in the woods. Got to see some elk on the way to the house. Highly recommend. Had great communication with the hosts and they take the time to make your stay very enjoyable.

Wonderful and so relaxing

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Anytime we needed anything, the hosts were prompt to communicate with us and help us with anything we needed. The property was awesome and we had such a good time in the house. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Love it all!

We loved the little luxury touches the home came with—along with the hot tub! We retreat every summer, and this was by far the nicest and most comfortable stay we’ve had yet. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Quiet—yet close to the shops and other attractions of Lincoln City. An excellent vacation home!

Paradise found

If you are looking for an amazing private getaway and love the peace & quiet of nature then this is the place for you! Beautifully appointed home with quality bedding, furnishings, appliances, and too many fine touches to list. The Siletz River is a bonus and the hosts are incredibly helpful with any requests & additional little asks that may come up. Book it but please leave a few dates open for us again !! Girls weekend 2023

This home is just as beautiful in person as the pictures show. The hosts have thought of everything with this property. There is not a negative to say... We have decided to make this our Girls Weekend Destination every year. Summer 2024 can't get here soon enough.

Relxing weekend at the Coast

Our stay was amazing! We had a party of 5 people. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking instruments and pantry staples. This is the first vacation house I've stayed at where the hot tub is ready to use, every other place I've had to wait a day plus for the water to heat up. There is a trail to walk on that takes you right to the river. We all loved the house so much, we cant wait to come back for another vacation!

Peaceful retreat for quality time

Wow we had a great time. This property has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and pans. Everything is modern, luxurious and well-built. The property is a quick drive from town: Far enough out so you won't run into anyone but close enough to go resupply easily. The property is big and free of hazards. The dock is a very short walk from the house. Even the river is secluded. We saw only one boat go past in a full day at the river. There are fish running in the river (June) but in nearby Devil's Lake, they were biting. Would absolutely book again.

Absolutely Perfect!!

I'd like to start by saying thank you to Rob and Annie for sharing your little slice of paradise. My wife and I were looking for a quiet riverfront property to celebrate our anniversary, do some fishing, and enjoy other activities on the Oregon coast. This property sits close enough to lincoln City & Depoe Bay that it is convenient, but far enough that you can still enjoy all the peace & serenity that the Oregon Coast has to offer. Rob & Annie's property far exceeded our expectations. The added touches such as wine & chocolates were enough to make this one of the best places we've rented. The home was clean, organized, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The hot tub was amazing and a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I have to admit that we're a bit jealous over the unrivaled river access this property provides :) If you're scrolling, looking for a nice place to enjoy the Oregon Coast....give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!!! Thanks again!!

Great stay in a great house

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely remote home. It felt more like I was staying at a friend's place than a rental. Very well appointed, well stocked and I didn't need anything I couldn't find. The river access was great, even though I wasn't able to catch the big salmon I was hoping for from the dock. A few minor issues were corrected right away by the host. The gas grill needs some adjustment, it is brand new and may not have the proper regulator but I'm sure they will get this corrected. It is definitely remote, saw deer and elk during my stay. The road in is a bit difficult and the location isn't convenient for trips to town but it wasn't a big problem for me. I enjoyed the quiet and the space the property allowed. Overall would definitely recommend!

TEN STARS ALL AROUND

The home is immaculate and beautiful! It is very well taken care of and kept. The location is peaceful, secluded and beautiful! The owners have thought of everything! I honestly can't think of anything else that they could do or provide to make it any more welcoming. We were provided with coffee, creamer, sugar, water, wine and chocolate upon arrival. There is a healthy stock of kitchen staples, as far as pantry items, such as spices, cooking oil, flour and sugar. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking utensils, eating utensils, plates, cups, etc. The towels are a very good quality and there are plenty of them. The saltwater hot tub is awesome! My husband and I are already discussing our return to this little piece of heaven that the hosts are so gracious to share. Communication was fast and responsive when I had a question. They have truly set the bar for vacation rentals! Whenever I visit the coast from here on out this is where I'll be found. But, don't tell anybody about our new secret place! HAHA :)

Quiet and Peaceful

This property is amazing for a family getaway. Plenty to explore with tons of river fun. Our kids picked berries, went kayaking and even attempted to fish. The house is immaculate, so well built and stocked with everything you need. The owners are kind and very generous.

Ideal woodsy escape

My family loved staying here! The property and hot tub kept my 4 little kids entertained for the whole week. They loved exploring in the woods, caught salamanders and frogs and just loved being outside in such a beautiful place. The house was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a place off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to everything you’ll want to do, look no further!

Weekend Getaway

The propert was easy to find in a beautiful secluded area. We enjoyed the hot tub (which was ready to use on arrival unlike other places Ive stayed before) and the ourdoor walking path. Comfortable mattresses and bedding. Very comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Cozy House in the Woods
