Come and relax at Bear Beach Ridge Sanctuary, hidden amongst the pines in Navarre, just 8 minutes away from the pristine white sand beaches of Navarre Beach. This brand new single story 4-bedroom 2-bath home is centrally located to some of the world's most spectacular beaches in Navarre, and within 30 minutes of Pensacola, Destin, golf, fishing and diving. Fully furnished, never lived in, complete with everything you need to fulfill your dream vacation in the quiet woods minutes from the beach.
The space
Brand new 2022, this quiet tranquil escape is nestled amongst the woods on nearly 3/4 acre just minutes from the beach. Suitable for long term rentals with designated work space and high speed internet.
Guest access
You will have access to every part of the house except the master closet. This is our supply closet.
Other things to note
Our bunk bed is ONLY suitable for children so no more than six adults. Sorry for the inconvenience but we do care about the safety of our guests!

LATE CHECK OUT WILL RESULT IN A $100/hr FINE. UNLESS APPROVED THROUGH HOSTS IN ADVANCE!
First, have fun and enjoy your stay ! Booking acknowledges understanding and agreement to all House Rules. Please kindly remember the following:
(1) Adults over the age of 25 only; children and infants welcome. Undisclosed/unauthorized overnight guests prohibited.
(2) Smoke-free property. Please do not smoke anywhere on the property. ($500 fine assessed for violations). No candles or incense. We will provide flame-free candles.
(3) Please do not venture into the woods in back, as wildlife is plentiful !
(4) Please be sure to put garbage cans out by 8:00am on Wednesday morning(but not the previous evening as wildlife in the area is abundant!)
(5) Please be sure not leave doors open while air conditioning is cooling.
(6) Please do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms; enjoy in the living/dining areas !
(7) As stated, not suitable for pets. Pets of any kind are not allowed and subject to $250 fine.
(8) Please do not move the furniture
(9) Thank you for your consideration of our neighbors and quiet neighborhood
(10) Bunk beds are intended for children only to insure your safety
(11) Construction crews by special approval only. No exceptions.
(12) If you have fewer than 5 reviews please call to confirm your details before booking is approved.
(13) NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY on the property. Offenses reported to law enforcement.

Miksi majoittaja valitsi tämän majoituspaikan
After having traveled to more than 40 countries and living overseas for nearly 10 years, I have had the great opportunity to have seen some of the most beautiful places on earth. Then, in 2021, while living in Utah, I had a conversation with a friend that would change my life. I learned that she was from a place in Florida called Navarre. I had been to Florida before and had really liked it, but I had never heard of Navarre. Although I had never even heard of it, I felt that our conversation was serendipitous and that I had to visit there. When I arrived and walked alone out on the white sand beach, with the clearest, warmest, most beautiful water I had ever seen, I was blown away. I felt a sense of urgency, like I had discovered a secret paradise that no one else knew about ! I felt like I had to buy a place before everyone else found out about it ! I bought the property sight unseen, and the rest is history. I hope that my guests will enjoy the peace and solitude as much as I do...

The home is brand new and located in a very quiet, safe residential neighborhood, surrounded by peaceful woods and wildlife, but only about an 8 -9 minute drive from Navarre Beach, and within minutes from restaurants and local shopping. It is spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with all of the amenities that you will need to relax and enjoy your vacation. We offer two new smart TVs, with high speed internet, a dedicated workspace and complete kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and patio table. Complimentary use of our new bicycles and recreational beach package of floaties, diving masks, snorkels and beach gear.
