Great Stay in Sugar House Townhouse

We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for graduation at the U, and the townhouse provided the perfect home base for the various activities through the weekend. It was spotless, very comfortable, and well equipped. It’s conveniently located to the shops and restaurants of Sugar House, and an easy drive to Sugar House and Liberty Parks. It is also very close to the I-80 freeway, but we did not notice any noise, and this would be a real plus for those in town to ski. The property managers gave very clear instructions and were in close contact through the stay. We highly recommend.

Clean, bright, great location

We stayed here with a few family members to go skiing. Unit is well-designed, nicely decorated, has a well-stocked kitchen, is in a great location. We could get to many ski areas easily, only 15 minutes to the airport, 3 minutes to Trader Joe’s. Close to several parks for the non-skiers to go for walks. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. It’s very close to the freeway (which adds to the travel convenience); the freeway noise did not bother our group at all, but, noise-sensitive people might notice it. We’ll definitely choose this unit again when we return.

One of the best

The best equipped stay I have had at a VRBO. Everything was clean. The overall amenities were excellent. Easy check in, easy check out. The location absolutely perfect for our trip. Short drive to Park City and everything else we needed was close by.

Immaculate, well designed, accommodating property managers/owners

We were in Salt Lake for a funeral. The property managers/ owners were super accommodating to our requests to check in early/ stay late. Appreciated that. The place is better than pictured. Spacious well designed and immaculate.AND I’m picky about clean. Has everything you need. Kitchen , laundry, big tv. Great design elements throughout. Great AC.. it was 100 degrees when we were there.It was perfect for our needs and would be a great ski house. It is convenient to highways, so if you’re driving everywhere it’s a great spot,but not in a walkable area and you can hear traffic at night. I used ear plugs. Also beds are firm if you like that. I would recommend.

Best place ever!

We have rented properties from Athens, Greece, to Homestead, Florida. This is by far the best place we have stayed: beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, well-stocked, and, best of all, it is in the perfect location. With mountain views and close to the always-interesting Sugarhouse area, one could not ask for a better place to vacation. The host was responsive, and it was easy to check in and out. We are already planning our next trip to stay here when we next visit Utah.

Beautiful home, great communication, hoping to return

Beautiful and spacious new construction home. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our trip as we were venturing between SLC and the mountains. Communication with Denise the property manager was super helpful and always responsive. Spacious garage was a plus, too. Immediate neighborhood is not ideal for walks but grocery stores (including Whole Foods), other shopping, and a beautiful park in Sugar House are less than a 10 minute drive away. We would happily stay here again if we’re luckily enough to travel back to the area.

Relaxing Stay

This house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. They have a very well-stocked kitchen and tons of dishes/pots/pans, etc. The living room is super comfy and the electric fireplace was a very nice touch! The Roku tv was easy to operate and Tony had all the channels we needed to watch movies since the weather was uncooperative. The rooftop deck was amazing and had almost 360 views. The street the house is on is very busy, but it didn't bother us and the roads were pretty quiet at night. We used a white noise app to make sure there were no issues, but I don't think we even needed it. Tony was super responsive. Great stay and if we ever come back to the area we would absolutely stay again!

Clean, roomy, well-stored property

We enjoyed a quick 4 night stay for a ski trip to Brighton. The property was well kept, clean, and well stocked from kitchen to bathroom. The space was roomy, and having a king bed in each room was wonderful! The home was clean and nicely designed. Easy access and roomy garage were a plus. The property is central to restaurants and shopping, and an easy drive to resorts. We’d recommend!

Spring break!

Came here with our family for spring break and we felt like we were home away from home. Check in and out with ease, home felt like home away from home. They had everything we needed, was clean and organized, and the hosts were very accommodating and there if we ever needed assistance. Definitely coming again for next Utah trip.

Great New Property

We found this condo to be perfect for us with quick access to the highways up to the ski locations as well as being very central to the downtown. Easy food shopping within a few blocks and decent restaurants nearby. The hosts were very nice people and so responsive to our needs. Would not hesitate to recommend this place and hopefully will be back ourselves in the coming seasons.

Didn’t want to leave

Tony has an amazing, convenient property with everything we could dream of! Well stocked kitchen and baths, large beautifully designed spaces, and just off I80 for quick trips to local resorts for days on end of world class skiing. We hope to return for future adventures!

Immaculate

All the amenities one would expect and more with essentials for cooking and cleaning. This is a no clutter immaculately clean home with a few choice personal touches. Roof patio is something special. Owners are nothing short of excellent communicators.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great location. Rental is very clean and feels new. The garage provides guaranteed, easy parking. Rooftop deck is the perfect spot to sit out and enjoy the weather. Highly recommend this rental.
