Large home consisting of four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a loft, which can accommodate up to 12 adults and 6 kids under 12 years of age. Located on a calm cove perfect for water activities and just 15 minutes to fast water. You'll enjoy a gorgeous outdoor deck with bar, BBQ and plenty of seating to eat, play or relax while taking in the fabulous views.

A large gourmet kitchen welcomes you to create delicious meals, while the attached great room invites you to socialize around the 65" TV and inside bar area with beautiful views of the delta. This fantastic indoor bar opens to the outside bar, so you can socialize and sip your favorite beverages while experiencing indoor/outdoor living in beautiful weather. There is also a spacious living room with a 75" TV and large sectional couch to gather and watch a movie after a fun filled day. You can spend quality time around the extensive dining room table that seats 10. A friendly competition is calling your name in the roomy loft filled with board games, chess table and more. There are four charming bedrooms to ensure a good night's sleep, so you can recharge and be ready to start the next day refreshed! Three full bathrooms to facilitate large groups. The house is recently equipped with a tankless water heater so you don't have to worry about running out of hot water. Two to three cars can fit in the driveway along with additional street parking.

The home features a private dock, as well as plenty of space for fishing and parking for boats up to 40'. Guests are welcome to use all our fabulous water toys which include:
* 2 single person kayaks,
* 2 paddle boards,
* 4 round noodle sling floaties, and
* 17 plus life jackets.

- NO EATING OR DRINKING ON FURNITURE OR IN BEDROOMS & LOFT

- NO MORE THAN 12 ADULTS & 6 CHILDREN UNDER 12 AT A TIME IN THE HOUSE

- NO MUSIC OR LOUD NOISES AFTER 10 PM OR BEFORE 8 AM

- NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE

- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED (Please note that owner is highly allergic and will have severe allergic reaction if any pets on property, so we greatly appreciate your cooperation)

- SECURITY CAMERAS (We have security cameras on the exterior of the home. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.)
