Serenity Retreat is perfect for your next family vacation. This home offers decks with amazing views of the surrounding nature along with a private hot tub. Not only do you have access to your very own private hot tub on the back desk, perfect for bubbly and relaxing afternoons, there is a jetted tub in the master bedroom. There are plenty of amenities for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring the area. Offering access to incredible shared amenities that include a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, and charcoal grills.

This cozy home offers an inviting living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV with cable, a foosball table, a dartboard, and a comfortable sofa, and an armchair. This spot is all about entertainment! There are books and games for all ages. The chef of the group will be able to surprise everyone with mouth-watering meals in the well-equipped kitchen. This retreat has its own washer/dryer combo on site.

This home is part of the Little Valley Mountain Resort, which offers three hiking trails, four fishing ponds, two playgrounds with a volleyball court, basketball court, horseshoes, tennis, and badminton as well as a picnic area. There is also a community firepit, miniature golf course (putt-putt), a par 3 course, and a wedding chapel in the clubhouse.

Great stay

Our family had a great time at this cabin. It was close to town, but away from the congestion and traffic. The resort grounds had so many activities that we enjoyed before leaving for town in the morning or in the evening after returning. The hot tub was a welcome break after a day of hiking. The cabin was well appointed and clean. The only downside of our stay was the smell and taste of the well water. We could smell it while in the shower and on the bath towels, and had to use bottled water for the coffeemaker. We would stay here again.

Just breathing

All we wanted to do was get away and relax with some fresh air. This cabin was just the ticket! We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay again! All boxes are checked and just as they are listed!

Perfect location for Cal Ripken tournament.

We had a great time in PF for baseball. This cottage was perfect for my son and myself. Fishing, swimming and relaxing after long days of baseball. The cottage had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The owner was responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Lovely

We had a very peaceful time at the cabin! It is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The resort was very nice, we loved the walk back to the waterfall. Highly recommend staying here.

Sweet little getaway

Loved the little cabin it was a perfect getaway for the week! We used the hot tub a lot! Unfortunately it rained a lot so we weren’t able to take full advantage of everything that was offered!

Heart broken

To say the least we live in western North Carolina and stayed here for my husband and I anniversary with our two children and a natural disaster happened while we were gone. They literally threw my son’s baby blanket away mind you he’s 9 and I messaged her about as soon as we knew we had left it. Other than that our stay was nice then to come home this is just devastating.

Location of the property was great. The property wasn’t as cleaned as we hoped for. And was disappointed in amount of supplies gave to us, not enough supplies given for our group. The water from the showers and sink smelled like sulfur.

This place is so peaceful and so stunning!! Everything was so clean and neat and everything worked very wonderfully!!! I love how beautiful everything was and how relaxing it was!!! This was a much needed get away!! I also got engaged on this trip!!! I will most definitely be back again!!!!

Great Location

It was a lovely cabin, and the community it was in was quite nice offering a pool, fishing ponds, a few trails, and most importantly it was a quiet. Cabin had a few minor maintenance needs, but nothing to distract from the stay. About 15 mins to the parkway. Hosts very friendly and responsive. Overall, it made for a great week away from the office

Family First Trip to the Smokies

Sandy and her property were amazing! We enjoyed our stay at the property and will 100% stay there again. The only reason my rating is a 4/5 is that the cleaning team failed to thoroughly clean the cabin. We found a lot of dirty issues throughout the cabin. The accommodations, amenities, responsiveness, and communication of the property were above and beyond all expectations.

A relaxing retreat

This property was beautiful and we loved the neighborhood! If you don’t feel like dealing with the crowds in Pigeon Forge there is so much to do in the neighborhood! You can fish in a pond, play cornhole, horseshoes, practice putting, golfing, hiking, swimming and settling in for s’mores by a bonfire at one of the neighborhood pits. We even noticed a few frisbee golf stations on our hike! The cabin has a wonderful hot tub and jacuzzi tub to ease sore muscles after a day filled with activities! We enjoyed our trip and have wonderful memories!

Egg-cellent stay

I enjoyed our stay here, it was in a nice location, central to everything, had all the amenities one could dream of when staying in a place. My husband, teenage son, nephew, two yr old and our puppy stayed here comfortably. Only downfall the bottom bathroom/floor smells like rotting eggs or sulfer. You could not wash your hands, dishes, or body in the downstairs bathroom without smelling like an egg fart. That’s the only reason I’m leaving a 4 star and not a 5. Loved the stay and would come again, but not until the plumbing situation is fixed. Thanks for the stay!

First family vacation

The cabin was very clean and comfy. We enjoyed the private hot tub and the resort pool. Plus, it was close enough to attractions without being around all the noise of the main strip. The cabin really needs a sign to match the others in the resort. It was a little hard to find the cabin because it looked like a private dwelling instead of a rental. Also, the power went out due to a really bad storm. It took 14 hours for the power to be restored but it wasn't the fault of the cabin owner. They tried really hard to get it back on for us. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Cabin was cozy. We did have a problem spiders.

My husband came home with about 22 spider bites, and my Dad about 6 my 2 boys 3 or 4. They didn’t bother me. But the cabin was cute, cozy and very peaceful. Loved the amenities here at the cabin. However the problem was addressed to the owners and it was taken care of that day. Maybe it is going to take some time to help after spraying the cabin for bugs

Great Location

Location is great!! A little misleading with the listing as they are not part of the resort and aren’t guaranteed the amenities. The lady at the desk did allow us to but not sure if she would next time. The only real issue was the dead wasps that our dogs kept trying to eat around the lap and fireplace. The water was really bad small and was going to have the wife soak in the tub but the water was orange and smelly.. the sink water had a filter option but it clearly needed replaced as the water would even come out the filtered side… All that aside the property was great, nice ponds and grounds. The hiking trail on site was 2 mile one way any moderate challenging after the 1 mile mark. The water fall was at the 1/2 mile mark so pretty cool.

Great find ...

This was our first trip to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, so we knew nothing about the craziness that comes with the downtown area. The location of the cabin was perfect ... just far enough away that we could leave all the "noise" behind after our daily adventures and escape back to our quiet cabin. The size was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenage daughters and 1 small fur baby). We didn't spend a ton of time inside but when we did, it was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed that there was Wi-Fi (we have teenagers) and a really nice TV setup in the living room which included several streaming options. We had a several movie nights together which we never do at home with our busy schedules. And the foosball table and dartboard both got a lot of use :) Relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck was a nice way to end a long day of activities. We loved the community options - the pool, fishing in the pond, the mini golf course and the basketball court. We used these areas quite a bit - loved the family time! And the communication with the owner was great. Sandy always answered my questions promptly. I appreciated that as it helped me to prepare on what items I needed to pack. This was a great property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to get away with your family.

Please be aware.

I am going to start with the negatives and then I will get to the positives about our stay and this cabin. Myself and my family stayed at this property December 2-7. After the first night my daughter woke up with a bug bite that we were assuming was a mosquito bite and she assumed it was from outside considering we were in the mountains and we never thought anything of it. By Sunday she had over 16 bites and was starting to have reactions and hives from the bites. After looking up similar looking bites online we realized these looked like bed big bites. We then decided to examine the beds and sure enough as soon as we started looking we discovered there was an infestation. We lost a nights worth of sleep as we were up all night trying to dry our dry-able things in high heat then bag them up and put them on the porch in the cold. We had to then get a hotel so we could continue to treat everything that we were not able to dry like our luggage and other belongings. We had to go out and buy rubbing alcohol, bed bug spray, and we also had to steam everything and treat our cars as well. This was an absolute nightmare of a trip!! Now with that being said the owner of the property was very prompt in helping reimburse us for our expenses and refunded the trip for us and for that I am very grateful. I know this is something beyond their control considering anyone could have brought them in during their stay and no one realized but I do wish whoever was responsible for cleaning the unit in between would have taken the time to spot this situation so that we didn’t have to spend our whole vacation cleaning and treating our belongings. We all had used our vacation time for this trip and we’re traveling from different states to spend time together and by the end of it we were exhausted and regretting our decision! My daughter who was supposed to be leaving a day before we were ended up losing out a whole day of work because she had to stay back and make sure all of her belongings were clean and clear of the bugs. Then of course the nightmare didn’t end at home we had to leave everything outside for days and take everything to get professionally washed and dried to ensure we did not bring any of the bugs inside! The positives of this property is that the cabin itself was perfect, the amenities on the grounds were amazing, location was perfect. I am hopeful they took care of the infestation properly so this doesn’t happen to other guests or anyone take them home

Dont hesitate to book! My family loved this cabin, perfect for my family of 5 and our fur baby. Perfect location ,15 minutes from attractions, clean, spacious, inside hot tub room beautifully set up, outside hot tub clean and used everyday, had all cooking and dinner ware , full size kitchen, tv in every room and just a great escape from city. Owners were quicknto respond to any room ,
