Beachfront Cottage - Perfect Private Beach

Our cottage is always professionally cleaned. Comfortable Cottage sitting on an immaculate beach with the most incredible sunsets. Wide beautiful beach, perfect for volleyball, beach football or long walks east or west. 1950s Vintage Knotty Pine , simple serenity (with air conditioning) 5 total rooms, 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen, 3 Smart TVs, wi-Fi, AppleTV, Gas Fire-pit, Huge Deck. All you need. Launch your boat or jet ski in town, and anchor it right in front of the cottage. Lake is perfect for fishing or water skiing. My cottage is a very comfortable Michigan cottage not a luxury beach home, please don’t expect that . Please view photos and contact me with questions. We have wonderful reviews.

Private beach

The location on the water and ability to walk out the back door and onto your own beach area is the selling feature of this stay. Also, the dog was allowed and she had a blast napping by the water and playing ball. Mark was very responsive to all needs.

Great fall getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather cooperated, and we walked the beach, went into town and lazied around the cabin. a great get away! The host was so nice to us, we appreciate that! and our dog loved it!!

Lakeside Weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cottage was exactly as advertised-the lakefront location and view were just what we wanted. Our group of 5 adults was very comfortable. Mark was easy to reach and very responsive. I would love to stay here again!

Cozy Caseville cottage

Clean, cozy, beachfront cottage located on M25. Pet friendly. Owner is very accommodating. Gorgeous beach with fire pit. Pride in ownership with apparent ongoing renovations.

Great view and a great host!

This is a great property with an amazing view! Mark is fantastic and very communicative. He made sure we had everything we needed and even offered for us to stay later than the normal check out time. The neighbors are so great and you can even use the kayak or the paddle board out on the water. The inside is very clean and outdoor seating is very convenient, comfortable, and great for sunset views. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back

Perfect start to summer!

Marks property was the perfect start to summer vacation! The house is fully stocked inside and out with everything you need for a great beach weekend, we loved the kayaks and paddle boards that were available for us to use and the ease of anchoring our boat infront of the house made it so easy to get out and enjoy the lake. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, we hope to visit again next summer!

Beautiful outdoor area

The outdoor space of this property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers many places to sit and enjoy the beach view. The beach itself is gorgeous and the host provides some fun things to use to enjoy the water, too. The cabin has some updates and it's obvious more are to come. The host was very communicative with us and did a great job accomodating our questions. A fun place to stay for a few days.

3 suggestions

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a lovely cottage!!! The manager was very nice and very prompt in responding. I have only 3 suggestions: the black house numbers are very difficult to see against the dark lattice-perhaps having white numbers would really help. I would also suggest a reading lamp by each bed for guests that read before going to sleep. Lastly, I would suggests instructions on how to use the televisions. I was unable to get the T.V. to work in the room with the couch and has great difficulty with the T.V. in the bedroom I slept in. Instructions are really needed. In spite of that, the place is great. The kitchen has a wonderful supply of dishes, etc. Great place!! I would recommend this house!!

Great place definitely coming back

We stay in VRBO rentals three times a summer every summer.. this is the best vrbo rental we've stayed at. Had kayaks paddle board lifejackets sand toys baby float lilly pad float water mat 5 min from downtown caseville ..clean beautiful beach fire pit. 2 gas fire pits. BBQ with propane supplies fire wood... Had more than enough toilet paper, towels,beach towels incidentals only went to store for food beds were comfy and pillows and comforters were comfy( this never happens) nice size kitchen with Keurig and cappuccino maker. Microwave fridge stove.. huge master bedroom 2 different comfortable couches. Nice size dining room table. Nice patio table for 6 on patio. And plenty of chairs for outside. Had a great time 2 children 2 yrs old and 7 years old and 4 adults over 28 years old had room for more ...excellent communication from host couldn't have asked for more will definitely stay at again. Thank you so much.

Amazing little cottage

I really liked this little cottage on the Lake. When I say on the lake, I mean right up on the lake. Just a mere 6 steps down and you are on the beach. Mark, the host was overly accommodating and always checking in to make sure we were taken care of. 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10. The only downfall is if you had that many people there is only a single bathroom. But if you are looking for a small get-away with a few friends or family, this is your place. The kitchen was almost too supplied with dishes and cookware, it had a grill, full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and 2 separate coffee makers. The back porch is beautiful with a sitting area, table and chairs, and then a sitting area in the yard. Both areas have a gas fueled fireplace. You can lounge in the chairs or the hammock and he even had some kayaks and SUP to use. We didn’t get to utilize most of the outdoor stuff because it rained and was windy all weekend. But that is okay, it was a quiet getaway that was very well needed. 10 out of 10 will come back to this same place in the future.

Family vacation!

This was a very nice cottage with nice amenities! The air conditioning was so helpful as it was a very hot week! Nice appliances, TV’s and games for the kids. Our 3 yr old grandson loved everything. Our 1 yr old granddaughter just liked to walk around on the outside porch and pull herself up on the comfortable outdoor couches! Large umbrellas in both seating areas! Outside shower and hose to get the sand off. Nicely stocked with paper towel, Kleenex, garbage bags, etc! Plenty of beach towels and dish towels! The water is a bit rocky but once past the rocks it’s sandy. Bring water shoes. I’m not used to well water but it was fine it just smells funny! We bought drinking water. We had a great week with our family and would stay again! Mark was very attentive to my questions! I didn’t need him much though because everything we needed was there already!👍

Perfect location for relaxation & family fun!

Caseville is a quintessential "beach town" with plenty of good restaurants and fun shops with all the essentials to enjoy your time at the shore. Lake Huron water was very swimmable in August, mild waves, sandy beaches and not many rocks. This home has a great view of the lake and ample sandy shore line for little ones to play and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the well-appointed outdoor spaces that had a tremendous amount of space to stretch out with your loved ones. Our favorite time was in the evening, watching the sunset and then gathering around the fire pit on the deck. We roasted marshmallows and made a lot of memories just talking around the fire. There was a refrigerator on the deck as well so we didn't have to go far to get a cold drink. Inside the house - the beds were very comfy and had plenty of pillows. We brought our own linens and towels. The bathroom has been recently updated. The kitchen is small but has everything you'll need. We were glad to have the sectional and big tv in the one room to watch movies. The tv has a ton of streaming services (including Apple, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and HBO). We didn't get great cell service in the area so we were grateful for excellent wifi! We're already talking about what we're going to do here next year. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this vacation home :)

Don't Stay Here!

This rental had dirty beds, dirty refrigerator, dirty grill, almost empty propane. Non-working microwave, kitchen sink light, deck refrigerator. Living room is in the master bedroom. Lots of window coverings missing, blanket on master window behind bed. Deck paint peels every time you move a chair. No smoke detectors. Stained ceiling in master. Air conditioners plugged into power strips. Lots of dead potted plants outside. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES! Cushions missing outside and some are molding, they leave beach towels to cover the cushions. A yard blower on the floor of the kitchen. So much more that I haven't listed. He changed the description after we complained - and he's got it right now - definitely not a first class beach cottage. Owner sent the cleaning company back but we had already cleaned the fridge because food had to be put in. Owner knows its bad - we damaged a blind and i offered to replace it. He said "Don't be concerned about the blinds. I'm going to reassess what is needed on each window and door." Save yourself lots of disappointment and go elsewhere.

Enjoyed it so much we booked for next year!

Loved the great yard space with cozy outdoor furniture and fire pit! Great deck area too. Perfect location for both sunrises and sunsets and great beach for walking too. We made great family memories. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and floating pad. Mark was a great host and easy to communicate with. Diane

Nice Beach Getaway

This is a nice place to stay if you like being right on the water. We really enjoyed the beach and our grandkids could enjoy the water as it’s shallow and there is a sandbar out front.
