The Zermatt Resort & Spa is a 4-Star Resort & Spa nestled in the Wasatch mountains next to Deer Valley and Park City in beautiful Midway, Utah. Midway is an idyllic Swiss-themed mountain village with a vibrant Main Street that boasts unique shopping and great independent restaurants/bakeries. The Zermatt Resort is only 15 minutes from Sundance, Deer Valley, and Park City, making it an ideal spot to experience a variety of venues and attractions such as Midway's Soldier Hollow--an official 2002 Winter Olympic venue.

Also nearby are two of the state's top rated golf courses--Soldier Hollow & Wasatch Mountain. Both courses are consistently ranked among the best courses in the state. The Deer Creek & Jordanelle Reservoirs are very popular during the Summer months. They offer every kind of water sport activity from swimming to boating and everything in between. Rentals for paddle boards, kayaks, and more are available at the respective marinas.

Last but not least, these mountains are home to some of the best mountain biking trails in the country. Mountain bike and ATV rentals are also available on site at the Resort. Kitchenette

Property and room very nice. With the description of a kitchenette we assumed there would be at least minimal cookware and dishes so we did have to adjust on our meal plans, but that was not a big deal.

Beautiful Mountains...shabby accommodations... no response from owner

This location is great with easy access to Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, but the resort is showing it's age and our room was shabby at best. The everything in the room was worn out. The coffee maker and valuables safe did not work. Kind of a bummer when you plan to have coffe in the morning. A room that sleeps two with a kitchenette had one plate, one bowl, and no cups of any kind. There were no coffee supplies either.The bed was a nice mattress set, but it was on a platform that made it sit 4 inches higher than my waist when standing. I'm 5'4" tall, so average height for a woman. Anyone with limited mobility would not be able to get in an out if this bed without assistance it's so tall. We were told there would be an access card left for us in the room to be able to access the resort amenities, but there was no access card for us. The owner/manager of the unit texted our check in code for the room door so we could easily access the room and instructed us to contact them on that number with any questions. I let them know we needed the access key and that the coffee pot was not working, but no response was ever given. I would not recommend staying in this unit. Very bad experience.

Needs some care

Loved this spot 2 years ago. Stayed in rental with a full kitchen and fireplace. Had a hotel room this time. Shower water temp was slightly above 98.6 degrees. Room heat was uncontrollable to say the least. Thermostat seemed to be a rouse. We were provided one Kerig pod of decaf coffee, during a 5 day stay. Resort needs to rethink their whole business strategy.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our two-night stay at this resort property. Very quiet and clean. Good location! Hosts were great on communication! (Only down-side was that both pools were closed due to a child that had ringworm using the pool prior day. Also lobby lounge service was extremely slow and had forgotten order.)

It was a good deal for the money, clean, quiet, and friendly staff. It was convenient and I was very happy that there was a casual restaurant inside the property and also a bakery with coffee and pastries, and another more upscale restaurant on the premises since the resort is far away from other shopping or restaurants which I am fine with. The only inconvenience was that I thought I saw a drop of blood in the corner of one of the sheets and I took a picture and showed it to the front desk and also sent a text to Scott the Manager who communicated with me throughout my stay, but neither he or the front desk answered me regarding this issue. So, I checked if the other corner of the sheet had also any drop of blood and there it was. Nobody explained to me that was the markings for the sheet, which I think should be in blue not in red so that nobody gets confused.
