Clean but otherwise not good
I’ll start with the positive, the place is clean and freshly painted/renovated. Other than that though, not much good to say.
.First, the big thing, you’ll be waking up all night long if the people above you move around. There appears to belittle to no insulation between floors and any time they move it is so loud it wakes everyone up. There’s also some sort of parking lot directly behind the unit and we were woken up each night by cars revving their engines, motorcycles, etc.
As I use VRBO for longer stays I really appreciate owners that provide for this. While the kitchen was clean it is as bare bones as possible. A lightly filled salt shaker is all you’ll see, no other spices, no bags or storage containers, not even an ice tray to make ice. To make it practical to cook we would have had to buy everything that we needed including Pam, spices, etc.
Bathroom is clean and renovated but only two towels were provided. If a female guest wants to wrap her hair in a towel that leaves no towel for any other guest. Practical things like towel hooks in the bathroom were also missing.
The bedrooms are clean, but mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and from a practical perspective there’s nowhere to unpack as there are no drawers or shelves to put your things on.
I’m not sure what the point of a washer with no dryer is as there is no outdoor place to hang clothes.
Owner never responded to reach out through the app. Bottom line I’d never stay here again.
