Loved this quiet get away . Fully stocked kitchen , fenced front and back yard perfect for kiddos to run. Host was very sweet and accommodating. Would 100 percent rent again

Quiet neighborhood with an amazing vavk yard for the dog

We had a very easy and comfortable stay. Plenty of room and lots of running around for the dog in the backyard.

Great getaway

Clean house. Less mud in the yard would have been nice so the dogs didn’t bring it in on their paws. Great fenced yard for dogs.

The property was perfect to spend some time away in nature, see some snow, and have some peace and quiet. The property is spacious and has everything I could need. I liked that the yard was fenced as well. I really enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful Experience

This house was perfect for our family while we prepared for a wedding weekend! The host was very communicative and easy to contact. We didn’t have any urgent or special needs but if we did, there was no doubt that she would do her best to help any way possible! If we are ever needing to stay in Eager again, this is the place for us!

Overall, it was a nice stay.

We really enjoyed the location and the house. The only problem we had was the internet was spotty and the cable was spotty during the day and basically didn't work in the evening or night.

Quiet place.

The place looks nicer compare to picture online. Huge backyard for your pets, fence front yard is a plus too , for pets and kids to play.

Super helpful host

Penny is one of the best hosts I have ever worked with through VRBO. She was very helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The house was a great spot for us while attending a mountain bike race at Sunrise Park Resort. Easy 30 minute drive.

Great propert and great host!

Came up here for an elk hunt. The property was an ideal location to our unit, but also everything we needed to stay warm and enjoy the weather while the men were out. Super clean, hot water, and fully stocked kitchen. Penny was incredibly responsive. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the puzzle (which we completed). This is a great place to stay.

Fantastic Getaway!

Booked on a whim headed to Sunrise Ski for family trip.. Less than 30 min from skiing.. House was clean, nice and had supplies for us to be able to cook our meals. There were games & puzzles that we got to use in the evening time after a day of skiing. Very nice and would stay here again if available.

Stress free and welcoming home, pet friendly!

The host was very communicative and ensured I was aware of how to check in. The home was clean and cozy. There is a bay window that overlooked the front yard which was a nice highlight for me. This property was ideally located within range of lots of outdoors activities, local food spots but also a fully equipped kitchen when wanting to cook in and a grocery store (local eateries were closed on Sunday) . We hiked Thompson Trail and the little Colorado river walk. Our dogs (small) really enjoyed the fully fenced yard as well as the trails. The front yard was their preference but the back yard is much larger and accommodating to run around or have family time.

Better than expected

Penny is extremely accommodating and flexible! The interior of the house is super clean, cozy, and has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were close to sledding, horseback riding, a grocery store, and gorgeous trails. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Penny!

Going to Eagar? You have to stay here!

We had the best time staying here! Aside from my dogs, everything was so quiet and peaceful. Honestly, it was the cleanest pet friendly home that I've stayed in. That is saying a lot as I take my dogs everywhere. Penny is the best, most accommodating host that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There were a couple of schedule conflicts and someone came down with COVID. When presented with these issues, Penny made changing dates a breeze! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave me a lot of tips, weather updates, etc. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place for some hunters

My brother and a couple friends drew late elk tags in the area. Rather than camping, I booked this house with Penny. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Neighborhood is super quiet and neighbors were nice. Penny was very helpful and always willing to answer any of the questions I had. The kitchen had the basics to cook dinners and all the fixings for coffee (decent coffee bar!) Washer and dryer were available for us to use, we had access to the garage to be able to store our gear. We'll be back soon!

Nice Stay

The property was fine. The location was OK. The host was very nice a responsive. I did not have the VRBO app when I signed up for this stay. I tried to download the app and it would not activate. I tried to communicate online but that was confusing. It would have been much better to have a direct number to text or call, which the host gave me but it took some digging online to find out how to communicate. After several attempts I got the passcode for the door to get into the house. I don't fault the host. She was very professional. I did not want to get the app because I have been hacked with apps that have location services required to use them. The whole process could be made much easier if the host provides a direct email and phone number right up front and not be forced to use the app.
