Heated pool, firepit, grills, onsite parking, in-unit laundry & pergola.
Come see what everyone is raving about. The backyard is an oasis. Great for relaxing, family gatherings, or make new friends. The pool very large, heated and have a sun shelf. Brand new duplexes have high end appliances, 55" TV in LVRM 48" in bedrooms. The Guest Manual Binder is on the desk in the living room. The hot water is delivered on demand through the tankless water heater. If it's cold outside, run water for a few minutes, it will get hot quickly. Please keep the AC/Heaters no lower then 65 degrees or they will freeze up.
