Newly built lake home on Big Birch Lake

As you enter the warm, fully furnished cabin you'll feel right at home. The living room boasts a large stone fireplace you can cozy up next to, or you can curl up on the couches and chairs while you share memories with your friends and family.

The living room flows into the updated kitchen featuring a 5 burner gas stove and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Seating for 6 is offered at the island in the kitchen, which is right next to the dining table offering seating for 6 more.

Off the living room is a sliding door leading to the patio which offers great views of the lake situated behind the cabin. There is outdoor seating and a fire pit table on the patio which makes for a great, relaxing evening. Enjoy the sounds of Big Birch lake, loons calling, and star gazing.

As you make your way back inside, you'll see a set of stairs. To the left of those stairs you’ll see a bedroom and a full bathroom. As you make your way up the stairs you’ll see two bedrooms, One being the master bedroom and the other being the guest bedroom.

There is a laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, located on the main floor.

Above the garage is a bedroom that has its own private entrance. This private bedroom has its own bathroom.

Downstairs there is a basement area that has a bedroom, bathroom, media room, and unfurnished living space. The media room makes for a great spot for the children to enjoy watching their shows, video games, or movie night. The unfurnished area is the perfect spot for morning yoga, tumbling, or other fun activities.

Through the basements sliding glass doors, you will enter the backyard which features a pond filled with fish and a boathouse. The boathouse will allow you to escape the sun for a little after a long day out on the lake or in the water.
