This is on the heart of 4th St. Walk to Washington St or 3rd St for all the Mqt favorite shops, food, and breweries. Enjoy the downtown convenience to get to the places you want to visit on your trip. You would not have to move your vehicle once its parked! This 2 bed 1 bath upper level is nicely updated to give you that comfortable stay in case you want to enjoy a day at the apt or recover in the evening from a day of exploring. Book it for your adventure to Mqt.

Downtown, walking distance with residential homes and some commercial.

Free parking on street throughout much of town. Walkable too many amenities.

Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. It was stocked with all the necessities/toiletries we needed without having to run to the store to replenish. It was also in a great location! It was nice that we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in the heart of Marquette
We stayed at the apertment for three night family getaway. This is an upper in a typical UP duplex. Facilities were clean and well equipped. Host is responsive to any requests for help. Checking and checkout pretty painless. Location of this condo is prime. You can walk to all the important places in Marquette. Hospital and grocery store are five mins away. Off the street parking is plentiful and easy to get to, even with a bigger vehicle.

Comfortable home base in Marquette
The apartment is very comfortable and had everything I needed to feel right at home in Marquette. The apartment is bright and quiet, and a short walk to excellent restaurants, shops, and parks. It was a wonderful home base for an extended stay in Marquette.

Just exactly what you need apartment!
We booked this two bedroom apartment in Marquette, while visiting our Son at NMU. It was perfect, great location, so close to Northern and all the great things that Downtown Marquette has to offer! Very clean, great stocked kitchen…exactly how it is presented!

Great Place to Stay
My daughter and son in law stayed there to visit my son over spring break. Great location, and the property was everything it advertised. Clean, spacious and comfortable and better than any local hotel. Problem free parking too. Will definitely try to book it for future stays. Thanks to the host.

Relaxing Stay
This second floor apartment was very clean, had all the amenities I needed and was easy to locate. Complimentary Coffee, chips and salsa were a nice addition. My only suggestion is to add some black out curtains to at least one bedroom as I found it difficult to sleep even with the closed blinds. Too much outdoor lighting prevented a good night sleep.

Save this listing if you visit Marquette regularly
We visit Marquette 2 or 3x a year minimum. This will be our go to for lodging from now on. Off street parking, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants we love. Comfy beds and cozy lounge area. Super clean and awesome property manager. Safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great Base for Exploring Marquette
We spent 5 nights in this lovely property and couldn't be happier. It was clean, comfy, convenient, and the communication with the hosts was easy, friendly, and fast. We could walk everywhere, including downtown for dining, the Maritime Museum and Lighthouse, and even the Superior Dome. It was the perfect spot for exploring a new place. Highly recommend!

Sleeping accommodations not what we thought.
Listing the property as a “sleeps five”, was misleading as we thought the couch was a pull out. But we were able to manage it with the help of an air mattress. We did love the location being within walking distance from town. The rental had plenty of space for five adults and it was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place and location
The place was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the close walk to downtown and felt safe and comfortable. One possible upgrade would be to add some dark curtains as the sun goes through those thin blinds very early in the morning. The bright side was our family was up and ready to get moving by 6:30AM!

Cute Comfy and Quiet
WOW! Even better than the pictures. It was so easy to access the apartment and it was SOOO CLOSE to everything. My daughter (9) and I felt super safe traveling alone and had everything we needed at this VRBO. We did laundry, packed lunches, there were even fun games to play. The owner did an amazing job of making sure we were fully stocked with fresh fluffy towels, ziplock bags for leftovers, and blankets to cuddle on the couch. I was worried it would be loud situated in the heart of a college town, but it was so quiet and we got a great sleep each night! What a great place to stay if you are headed to Marquette. We enjoyed the town, skied at Marquette Mountain, and checked out Lake Superior. 100% RENT THIS PROPERTY

Winter hikes near Marquette MI
We came to spend two days hiking nearby trails. We had a pleasant time with soft dry snow, luckily not icy, temperatures about 30°F. The upstairs apartment was extremely clean, nicer than the pictures, Kitchen was wonderful as we cooked all meals . We loved the firm mattresses and crisp clean white sheets. Decor was modern with wipable surfaces that added to the. Clean feel. We wanted to add a day on the front end of the trip… host was quick to accommodate.

Exceptionally clean
Exceeded our expectations, cute little place, very clean and kept up nicely. All linens provided and even a few extras right down to a new tooth brush if you happen to forget yours! The host provides little extra touches to ensure your stay is exceptional. We loved the chips and salsa welcome, great touch! We plan to make this a yearly stop.

It doesn’t come better!
Absolutely loved this property! It was spotless. The beds are super comfortable. And every amenity, utensil, etc was available for our use. We’ve stayed in many rental properties and this is truly exceptional. We come to Marquette often so we will be reaching out to check if this property is available in the future!

Great property that is located within walking distance to all of the fun thing’s Marquette has to offer. If you would like to eat in the kitchen is quite nice with everything you need to cook a great meal. We will be back.
