TVs with hundreds of channels are in 2 bedrooms and the living room. The 3rd bedroom doubles as an office, with a work desk, 22” LED monitor, light-up USB keyboard, USB mouse, and a whiteboard.

Indulge your inner chef in this newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertop space to prepare your favorite meal or snack with bar seating and an additional dining room with seating for six guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, a 26 pc cooking utensil set, wine

The outside enclosed/covered patio adds additional seating to unwind and relax while grilling dinner on the propane gas personal grill.
Guests can experience the excitement of a tournament-grade foosball table underneath the Neon sign in the Flamingo room. Monopoly, twister, a full poker set, what do you meme, and Dominos games are located in the fireplace seating area.

Well established, friendly neighborhood. Corry Station is within walking distance. NAS is a short 10 minute drive. Grocery stores, fast food, and locally owned restaurants are nearby.

Carport parking is available and also street parking.

 A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, and
laundry pods are provided to our guests to get thru the first two nights.
 The fireplace is decommissioned, and access is not provided to a storage shed located
on the rear of the property.
 The entire house has heating and cooling. The dining room has a 12000 BTU ductless
heating/cooling mini split.
 The washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies (dustpan, broom, vacuum) are at your disposal.
 The exterior of the home is equipped with a security/surveillance system.
 We do not supply personal body soaps or shampoos.
