No linens(bath towels, and bed sheets) are provided. Weekly guest agreement, Mandatory house cleaning fee of $350 on first day of stay required for payment for professional outside service. This is a separate additional fee charge not included in total price which includes cleaning the whole house; 6x bedrooms and 3x bathroom. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for usage. All 10 beds have comforters, a slip mattress protector, and pillows. Linens from an outside service can be requested for an additional outside service fee of $250, for whole house.
2200 square foot house with new outdoor shower, 6 bedrooms and three bathrooms: 2 bedrooms on first floor and 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor, new fireplace, and a additional pull out couch sofa full bed(11th) in living room. Upstairs a new green ottoman pull/fold down(12th) in mermaid room, new 4x couches in living rooms, and a new gray chair pull/fold down rollaway(13th) in pirate room.

1 Bedroom(7th bedroom) converted to a Washer/Dryer room for laundry, extra new drink refrigerator, and a standing work space desk for usage. Upgraded Utilities: Brand new Washer, Dryer, new Refrigerator, and new oven in Kitchen, new microwave, new HVAC with condenser and furnace, new roof, new windows, new ceiling fans/recess lights, new grill, new outdoor shower, and new light fixtures(w/new electrical panel), and new outdoor shower and plumbing.
Outdoor round table with six chairs and umbrella. New Outdoor sectional seating area with canopy, and wicker furniture. House professionally cleaned.
