House is beautiful but site offerings need updated
The house is beautiful, well decorated, showers and beds were great. The new ownership had made some wonderful changes. We had some hiccups and left feedback. Overall if they work out some kinks this will be a great place.Beds in rooms are currently not accurate as of our booking. All beds are kings except 1 room 2 queen and 1 room has a bigger bed and 1 bunk. For our group this caused some creative rearranging upon arrival. Take picture or write down before you leave with WiFi password. You will not have access to until connect. The contact during our stay presents one in way as though bothering. We never received the email an hour before as indicated we would with code. VRBO site even said had not been sent and they contact referred a few times about email a few days prior instead of giving code.3rd floor AC out upon arrival. Reported right away. Was told someone would be out next day. Confirmed arrival would be that day. Asked permission which we gave. Came home to 86 degree main floor much hotter on 3rd floor. After few hours said they decided to not come to not bother us during our stay. Per maintenance who arrived whoever placed order didn’t indicate was guest occupied so they didn’t know needed done until second call. Our hope is whomever responds takes ownership of a mistake happens instead of trying to say they just didn’t come to try to not disturb us even though we granted permission. And communicate better with occupants
