This condo sits on the 17th floor of Phoenix West II, a high-rise property that's gorgeously situated on the Gulf of Mexico. On the grounds, you'll have access to indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, a water slide, hot tubs, a sauna, a multi-level fitness center, tennis courts, grills, and a spectacular stretch of beach.

Greet each morning outside on your gulf-front balcony, where you can sip your coffee in the fragrant sea air, set the table for an alfresco breakfast, and watch for dolphins playing in the waves.

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the same incredible view inside, where you can relax in the comfort of central air, leather sofas, and vibrantly patterned armchairs. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a separate wet bar, and a dining room table positioned by the windows. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway!
The condo was beautifully decorated creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The condo was spotless and well-maintained and plenty of space for my entire family to spread out and relax. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic spring break getaway!

Great Condo! Very poor communications!
I was on phone for a couple hours the afternoon we were checking in begging for access code to condo. It was very frustrating to say the least. Condo is beautiful, beautiful view, very spacious, everything you need. Had a wonderful time at condo once we got access code.

Would book again!
The condo was very nice. Great location and plenty of space. It had everything we needed to cook, hang out, and relax. The floors could have been cleaned better but it wasn't a big deal. If you book this condo bring blankets for the beds. The beds only have sheets and a blanket that is almost as thin as the sheets. The beds and pillows were comfortable though. I would absolutely stay here again.

Don't expect communication.
I emailed this company about 4 times asking them questions several weeks before our check in with no response. Got there and our code wouldn't work to open the door. I stood in a hallway with my family and screaming kids until finally on my fourth call I was able to get someone to actually help us. Then on the second day, out of nowhere, a guy knocked on our door and said he had to fix one of our toilets which luckilywe hadn't used. We had no idea it was broken or someone was coming to fix it. He couldn't fix the issue so we where just without that toilet the whole stay. The room itself is great and very spacious. We love the property because of the splash pad and lazy river. The lack if communication definitely made the stay less enjoyable. I'm not sure if they need to hire more staff or what, but it would be nice to have a little communication before your check in and maybe updates about the room itself.

Great location
Overall we loved the location and unit. Beach was great, amenities were nice, unit was spacious. But note that they supply NOTHING for the kitchen except pots/pans, utensils, and dishes. No basics like salt, pepper, trash bags, paper towels, dish towels, dish pods, sponges, dosh soap etc like most rentals do. I reached out about that and got conflicting information, ultimately someone did bring us some which was appreciated. Aside from this, everything was in good shape and met expectations.
