The Apartment has been extensively remodeled with luxurious decor and modern high-end amenities to create 4 completely private designer guest suites that are one-of-a-kind, filled with high end furnishings and designed for your ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. Our guest suite was professionally designed and purposely built for short or long term stays with all the amenities needed for your comfort.

The suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a luxurious queen size pillow top mattress and high-end linens.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric range and SMEG small appliances for the chef cook the meal .
Other things to note
- Pets may be allowed upon request and with a tip left for the cleaner
- Tea, coffee, cream and sugar in suite
- Key pad self check-in. Your code will be sent to you prior to your stay

Anchorage Stay

Very nice and updated property. Comfortable beds and quite near Seaward highway. We stayed for a couple of days and enjoyed our stay here.

Enjoyed My Stay

Stayed here a month & hated to leave. Nice big kitchen. Love the family room. The master bedroom is really nice. Huge walk-in closet & a comfortable king bed. I would stay there again.

Inside of property is very nice and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the lock. The outside of the house and the neighborhood gave me some pause but we had a nice stay.

Lovely place but cold sleeping area

Everything as described. Great place, great neighborhood. The only downfall was that the downstairs which is the sleeping quarters was SO cold. And they only had a quilt or thin blanket on each bed. It was so hard to sleep, even for my husband who loves a cool room. I reached out and asked if they had more blankets and they never would respond. I also reached out about leaving instructions, and they wouldn’t respond. So we just did our best to leave it as we would any other stay. Host communication was horrible, and left my kiddos and I very cold. We just all snuggled up and tried to stay warm.

Very nice Anchorage stay

Very pleasant accommodations as well as convenient location. Was able to access wildlife on a trail less than 5 minutes away which was amazing. Very nice stay, great communication, would definitely consider in the future!

Great place!

This unit was immaculately clean, had great amenities. Very spacious and just an enjoyable place to stay. The owner was incredibly responsive and nice to deal with. Hope to stay here again on our annual Alaska trip.

A very comfortable 2 bdrm, 1 bath downstairs and a half bathroom in the upstairs living area. Plenty of space for 4 people. Private patio deck Anchorage has everything you need right around the corner from this place. Close to the airport for late night arrivals or early morning departures. We enjoyed our 5 day stay here.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

Had a great stay! This unit was very quiet. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but was very comfortable on the inside. The mattresses and bedding were high quality and the shower was fantastic. The stairs are a bit steep for elderly parents but it worked out fine. We had everything we needed and the back porch was a bonus on warm evenings. Will be a go to unit for future stays!

Beautiful Place

The property manager communicated so well. They got in touch with me anytime I had an issue quickly. Location is great. Close to shopping and just about everything. About 20-30 drive to the airport. I did have to buy garbage bags and dish tabs for the dishwasher, but other than that it was a really nice stay and I would recommend this to anybody coming for a short stay in Anchorage.

It’s in poor repair on the outside, yard not trimmed neatly. Neighborhood questionable. I called the police department to inquire about safety in the area. Inside had been updated but cleaning crew needs to do a better job and the host needs to restock toiletries. Would not recommend.

Answer questions in a timely manor.

We traveled to Anchorage on Monday from Fairbanks. I emailed asking for the location and entry information before Monday. I did not get an answer, an email on the day I travel was not useful, there is no email or text service along the road between Fairbanks and Anchorage. Once in Anchorage contacting Vrbo and the host proved unnecessarily difficult. at 9:30 PM. I'm not inclined to recommend Vrbo or use you again. The inside of the rental was nice, the outside is old and tired and in need of updating.

Good

The checking in and access to the place was great. The problems: There is a heavy mildew smell downstairs. I washed bathroom rugs and shower curtain but even while we were gone for 2 days it never went away. It may be in the washer, those front loader washers have to be kept super clean. Also, the bedding is pretty lacking for comfort...feels cheap. Closet doors don't work, fall off tracks. So the place itself was great and minor improvements would make this ideal.

Great space, not baby friendly though

great space, well kept up - but maybe not baby friendly. Treacherous stairs and corners with no way to block them off, chemicals in cabinets, etc. For kids past preschool age it'd be perfect - but for infants toddlers this space required a pretty watchful eye. one other bit of feedback to the host - some of the amenities were not fully thought out - there were pots and pans but no collander, broom but no dustpan, grill tools in drawers but no grill, etc. That being said we had a wonderful stay and would likely stay again - especially since the next time we come back our kids will be that little bit older

The inside of the property is amazing. Very comfortable. Host is great as well, but tends to communicate through the VRBO app so best to have that. The grill(s) were not functioning and I believe there is a misunderstanding on what a hot tub is. There certainly is no hot tub/spa. There is a tub. External is less attractive. I will say at this price point it is far above others. Some supplies such as soap, shampoo, and food condiments were lacking. Would likely be better as the travel season continues, we left some. Linens and such were nice, no top sheet on the beds. Overall I would recommend to others looking for a great stay at a great rate!

Best VRBO rental in Anchorage

Very caring and attentive landlord. Your not paying extra for hidden property management fees. The unit is very unique and homie. Furniture is super comfortable, huge windows make you feel like your in a bungalow. Also has a really cool lighting scheme throughout. Movie theater quality sound system also made the experience. Downstairs is where you sleep. It's like a cave down there! Girlfriend wanted me to mention the large mirrors on the wall and above the bed so use your imagination and enjoy!
