Other things to note

We kindly ask you to check-in anytime after 4 pm and check-out before 11 am, our cleaning team will be there at 11:00 if any delays there will be a charge of $50 for them. 2 hours extra guest needs to pay 30% of daily rate and half day rate up to 6 hours, more than 6 hours guest have to pay a full day rate. Please let us know in advance, we will be able to confirm 48 hours before the check-in time. To be able to offer you a sanitized and clean home early check-in will be allowed only after the cleaning team had finished, same rate applies to early check-in.
