Welcome to our 1850 Sq. ft. newly remodeled, thoughtfully furnished loft in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo! You are walking distance to the best of downtown (0.2 miles to Bells Brewery!), making it easy to plan your visit. You'll find everything you need for you and your family/friends to make unforgettable memories.

No stairs required with our newly installed elevator!

Walking distance to the best restaurants, breweries and bars. If driving around is more your style, we have two free parking spots for you in the private parking lot directly next to the building. Kick back, relax, and go grab a beer from the famous Bells Brewery just down the street. Memory foam mattresses will be awaiting you for a restful sleep, stocked in every bedroom. Get ready to explore the next day and head over to our coffee bar and enjoy complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar. Staying in for the night? Enjoy our bubbly bar, board games, shuffle board table, arcade games and extensive fully furnished balcony.

Fantasic Space!!!

Graduation Weekend WMU, Football game, Parents weekend. This location is amazing for a family or group. The kitchen was fully stocked, Plenty of clean towels linens blankets etc. Very nicely done. We all had our pwn space with three huge bedrooms. This was just what we wanted. Thanks again. We are second timers here.

Great stay in Kzoo

Jackie and Zach came through 100% on how Dreamy Downtown Industrial Loft was described! Check-in was seamless, room arrangements were comfortable and the space was very nice for our short weekend in Kalamazoo. we had meals out except for morning pastries from Sarkozy (literally steps away) but downtown has plenty of great choices nearby. much more affordable/flexible than hotel rooms for our family. Thank you!

1st Timer Kalamazoo Visitors

This place was incredible. I loved all the details and character. The exposed brick wall throughout gave the feeling of old mixed with modern touches that together created a comfortable, homey vibe. The property owners were so attentive and accommodating. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us. We're all famiky thst don't get to see each other much- so this was entirely better than staying in a hotel with separate rooms for a quick weekend wedding gathering. 10 out of 10- will definitely book again if ever in town. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Great home base for golf and craft beer

Every year we travel to a new city and state for golf, food and craft beer. This place is a perfect landing spot. Hosts are great. Any questions we had they responded in minutes. Place is clean and comfortable

Family wedding in Kalamazoo

This is a great rental. The location was perfect and hosts were very accommodating. The rental had every we need and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and communication

The location downtown is perfect if you are looking to walk to restaurants & bars. Communication regarding the booking & procedures was outstanding. The loft is decorated nicely and very spacious. We can't wait to book again.

Great Stay Close to Downtown

This beautiful apartment was a great stay while in Kalamazoo. The location is one block from the heart of the city, which was the perfect distance to restaurants and shops without the commotion. When we needed to contact the property manager, they were responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay

We loved this apartment. Easy walk to everything downtown. Lots of room in the apartment and super clean. Nice big Roxu TV’s. We will certainly stay here again if we end up back in Kalamazoo.

Beautiful Loft with Big Bedrooms

This loft was *actually* as clean and stylish as it looks in the listing photos. (Which is rare, in my experience!). The location is near the edge of the high-rise portion of downtown, making it perfect for walking in both directions (to restaurants and shopping, all within 5 min one direction, and to Bells, Outre, and other breweries, in the other direction). We had a nice stay and a lovely time in Kalamazoo. Highly recommended!!!

Guys Golf Weekend

Easy in and out. Walking distance to restaurants. The beds were unbelievably comfortable! Arcade games and shuffle board were great gap fillers.

Perfect for a Bachelorette Party

I can't say enough great things about this place! The owners were fantastic and were able to be reached easily. The location was perfect to be able to walk around downtown and go to all of the surrounding bars and restaurants. The loft was spacious and comfortably fit 10 girls. It was perfect for my Bachelorette Party and would highly recommended.

Great Place to Stay When Visiting Kalamazoo

This loft is in downtown Kalamazoo and was perfect for our weekend stay. We were able to comfortably have two families stay together in this loft. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide enough space and privacy to accommodate large groups. It's a very convenient location -- not too far from WMU and Kalamazoo College. The loft is large, clean, and very comfortable. There is parking in a private lot adjacent to the building. Enjoyed the pizza next door at Bimbo's as well as Sarkozy bakery and cafe (just a few doors down). The owners are very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Best stay in Kalamazoo!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this dreamy loft in downtown Kalamazoo. The loft was beautiful, quiet, meticulously clean, and provided the space our family needed with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large shared living space! The beds were SO comfortable. Jackie and Zach were incredible hosts. They reached out to us well before our visit to make sure we understood how to get into the loft, where to park, etc which was so helpful! They also reached out during our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. Sarkozy’s bakery and bimbos pizza are an arm’s length away, and we walked our kids to studio grill for breakfast and Bell’s for dinner! It’s a quick 5 minutes from the highway which was important for us on a busy travel day. We had a lovely time and would recommend this loft to anyone!

This place rocks!

We were in town for a production my son was involved in and we needed a place where we could sleep 8 people. This place could sleep 10. Anyway, a lot of the people staying there are younger adults and I though they would enjoy this place since it’s right downtown AND it had a shuffleboard table and old school video game (I played Galatica mostly). This place couldn’t have been more perfect. The host’s sent us video on how to get in and how to park and it worked seamlessly. Everything was exactly how the pictures looked like. There are only two parking spaces available so if you have more than one car, you’ll need to park it on the street. It’s free on the weekends and no hour restrictions. I’m guessing during the week there is a parking structure near by. I’m sure the hosts would tell you where that is. Loved the stay and if we need to come back to Kalamazoo for another family thing..we’ll definitely stay there again!

Great Place in downtown Kalamazoo

Fantastic second floor loft in downtown Kalamazoo historic building. The inside space is wonderful: living/common room with shuffle board, Pac-Man, and a large t.v., along with sofas and couch. Breakfast bar divides this common space from large full-sized and well-equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, all large, with two of the three being very large. Two large full bathrooms, with large walk-in showers. There is also a private outside patio space. Off-street parking (two spaces) can be a little tight to turn around, but otherwise good parking. Gate restricts vehicle (not pedestrian) access, but cameras provide additional security and deterrence. Easy walking distance to Sarkozy's bakery, Water Street Coffee, and Bell's Eccentric Cafe/General Store -- all must visit spots -- among many other downtown places. This is a great place to stay (photos and descriptions are accurate). I would stay here again, and I highly recommend it. (Although, please don't book it during any times that I want to stay there)!

Great place for WMU parents

Three pairs of WMU parents and teenage children stayed here for a weekend to see a hockey game and hangout with our students and their friends. The place was perfect for it! The accommodations are very nice, some of the best I’ve had in a rental. We will definitely be back!

Great time up north!

There were 6 of us (with 2 small dogs) in this loft, and 6 more family members in the loft above us. We had a great time here! The location was excellent. Driving/walking anywhere was very easy. Jackie and Zach were very pleasant to work with and they answered all questions very quick. Checking in and out was very easy and the loft itself was immaculate. Not sure if we'll ever have a reason to visit Kalamazoo again, but if we do, this is where we'll stay!

Impromptu gathering

Jackie and Zach were outstanding handling a last minute rental. They were in contact and very helpful. Their VRBO was spotless and very comfortable. Everyone loved it!! So much cheaper than multiple hotel rooms! Walkable to all downtown venues. We will definitely use it again!! Thank you to Jackie and Zach for a wonderful, simple process at the last minute.

College Weekend

The downtown loft was definitely luxurious and extremely clean! The location to both WMU and K College was great, super convenient. Plenty of room for the entire family. I really appreciate a clean safe place to stay. We will definitely book again!

Fantastic Place with responsive owners

I could have not asked for a better experience! The owners were so responsive over the app and the attention to detail at the property was fantastic. You have everything you need at this property to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay! This place will be at the top of my list every time I am back in Kalamazoo!
