Home features 2 bedrooms with a den that has a Full size bed with Bamboo dividers. 1 Bathroom.-

Please note there is some road noise at this cute cottage.

There is a Vacation Rental Camper with Screen enclosure for Glamping site on Campus as well that is completely separate from the home and is available for additional cost but will provide you with a 4th sleeping quarters, refrigerator, microwave, cook top, sink, AC and Heat, and mini bathroom/shower combo, wall mounted flat screen tv, dining room, living room/a little smaller than a twin size bed, and outdoor sitting area.


this home is 15 minutes from WORLD Equestrian Center and 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Ocala Square.

Bedroom 1 has a Bunk bed with a full size mattress on each. This room also has a desk. It also features a large closet with hangers and hanging shelves and 4 nice windows for tons of natural light. Oversized Throw Pillows and plush throw covers are in every bedroom and of course on the Inviting Living Room Sofa. The artwork selected for this room is Beachy and bright.

The second bedroom features a twin bed with a twin trundle option. This bedroom also features a recliner, a full size dresser with mirror, a night stand and another large closet with hangers and hanging shelves. 4 windows in this room as well so great natural lighting. The artwork for this room gives it a Venice Italy feel.

The bathroom has everything you need and probably anything you forgot. There are back up toothpaste, blow dryer, disposable razors, feminine products, Shampoo, Conditioner, leave in conditioner, mouse, Body wash, Foot scrub, Lotion and more. The bathroom curtains are a very nice fabric and cleaned after each guest.

The hall landing pad has cute built in drawers and shelving with hand selected art work in each.

The Kitchen is light and bright and has plenty of seating with a 4 Chair Breakfast area and a 2 bar stool PUB Table. Brand new appliances in addition to a retro microwave, many seasonings for cooking, and a great spot for chatting it up with family and friends.

The den has a Full size Bed with a pillow topper and a night stand a corner tall desk, small dresser, a bench made by hand and offers Bamboo Dividers for added privacy. Next to the den is the laundry room featuring like new Washer and Dryer and a short hall to the back door of the home.


This home is only Minutes from shopping restaurants retail outlets, parks, golf course, and historic downtown.

This home has a huge yard to park and play in!
Outdoor Games: Frisbee, Cornhole and a couple other outdoor classics awaits you.


Also this is close to downtown and has some road noise if you don't have the TV on and are silent in the home you will hear a some road noise!
This home has gorgeous very large trees and from time to time the little branches fall between landscaping visits ;) Between the Cleaner and the landscaper they try to pick up as much as possible.

This is a small adorable older charming home and some beds are firm some are soft some are small some are large! if you have back issues like many of us ! please bring any body pillows and whatever else like heating pad that will make your time here the best stay!
We are in Florida and even in the 10,000+ square foot homes that are only 2 years old and cost over 20 million dollars there are still occasional lizards, and palmetto bugs from time to time! But no worries! It is not often since we have a company that treats the home regularly;)!
