This home is quintessential Colorado with its classic mountain chalet architecture. When you arrive, you’ll be struck immediately by the dramatic, pitched roof, two-story-tall windows, and the deck that spans the entire front of the house.

You’ll step from the deck into the living area and be greeted by a stunning cathedral ceiling paneled in knotty wood that seems to speak to the height of the surrounding mountains. An entire wall of windows overlooks the deck and the mountainous scenery beyond. Sink into the NEW bought sofa or one of two chairs positioned around a wide screen TV. The dining table offers seating for six. A glass paneled door leads to a back patio with a grill.

The kitchen provides plentiful counter space and cabinetry, plus stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator, full-size stove, dishwasher and microwave. You’ll appreciate the convenience of a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, utensils, spices, and chef’s knives. The kitchen also includes a washer and dryer.

The largest of the three bedrooms sleeps two and features an en suite bath and sliding glass doors leading to the deck, plus a TV. A second bedroom also sleeps two and features sliding doors to the deck. The third bedroom sleeps two. An additional bathroom provides a wide vanity with two sinks and a shower/tub combo.
