Bright and sunny private luxury cabin surrounded by Aspen and Pine trees, ideally located in a quiet mountain setting. Far enough to be secluded, but actually just 5 minutes to bustling Main Street with restaurants, shops and Breckenridge Ski Resort. Hiking trails 200 feet away. Close to biking trails. Streams run within steps of the front door. Blue River is right down the street, the trail head to Quandary Peak is 5 minutes away.

Features: 2 large decks with forest views, 2 car garage, radiant floor heat (go barefoot!), gas fireplace, outdoor wood-burning campfire with picnic table, outdoor grill, Hot Tub, Far Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy (color therapy), game room with pool table and Multi-Arcade game with 60 classic games,, 6 flat screens with cable, 3 charging stations, 2 Alexa's and WiFi throughout.

Upstairs Kitchen: New appliances, Keuring K-Cups coffee maker with coffee and condiments provided, and electric tea pot. Spices, utensils and cookware to cook just about anything you need.

Downstairs Kitchen/Game Room/Sauna,/Hot Tub, with refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler and lots of storage.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom #1: King bed, his and hers closets, HD flat screen with DVR, sitting area, master bath has an extra large, three-person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower with forest and Aspen views from 2 windows. 3rd Floor.

Bedroom #2: Queen bed, extra large closet, HD flat screen, forest views from 2 windows. 2nd Floor.

Bedroom #3: Queen bed, extra large closet, HD flat screen, forest and Aspen views. 2nd Floor.

Bedroom #4: Bunk bed with twin top and queen bottom. HD flat screen with DVR and video games. 1st Floor.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Great house for a large group

We were so excited to come ski Breckenridge for a week and this house was perfect for our large group. There were plenty of bedrooms, use of the garage was perfect for all of our ski gear and our host was super attentive. Ten out of ten would stay again.

Great Time

Allowed us to have our family Christmas in a beautiful spot. A Christmas tree would have been nice but space was tight enough with 10 of us I’m not sure where it would have gone. No complaints. Much appreciation.

Hidden Gem!

This amazing property was just private enough to feel secluded from the business of urban Breck… but close enough to enjoy all of the Breck-life we wanted in just a short drive. There was more than enough room for all of us. Our family really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and deck. We loved the friendly fox and other wildlife we had the opportunity to feed and observe. Outstanding communication with Robert… :) Thank you for a great trip!!!

Awesome House!

This property was amazing and just perfect for our family of 6, with more than enough room. Entertaining things to do for everyone from children, to teens, to adults, with pool table, board games, arcade games and hot tub. It was close enough to town to get there quickly, but just far enough away from the busyness and crowds that the winter season brings, which made it quiet and peaceful. The property manager/owner was at our beckon call to make sure our stay was top notch. We enjoyed every minute and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Blue River

Ron was a great host, the home was very well stocked with everything you could need for your stat including shampoos, conditioner's..TP, diswashing detg, trash bags..you really won't have to buy anything. There was even non perishables in the kitchen..so we highly recommend this home...beautiful views of the majestic mountains. We are a family of 9 and had plenty of room. We even had a beautiful red fox that greeted us when we arrived and we saw him almost everyday. We would highly recomnend this stay. Thanks Ron

Wonderful mountain home

Beautiful home, close to town yet private. A family of foxes came by every evening. We seen moose within 4 miles of the property almost everyday. This is the best stocked house we have ever rented. We had zero issues. i did contact the owner a few times and he responded very quickly. Great property i highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

The property was beautiful and the house was very nice. It was a little dusty and the sliding glass door was broke so you couldn't lock it. Great amenities. We didn't run out of hot water. Maybe have an updated list of transportation if no vehicles. We had a large group... The owner was awesome to talk to and work with. Thank you for letting us stay.

Lovely!

Ron is amazing. Can’t say enough nice things about him. We had some concerns about the cleanliness of the house and Ron addressed it right away. Then as we were leaving one of our car batteries was dead. Ron came over within 5 minutes to help us. House was perfect for us. 8 adults and a baby. The couch is not comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Trip

We booked this trip as a 5-day hangout with 6 of our closest friends. We had this reservation with the previous owner, but it was later changed to a new owner (Ron). Ron reached out to us and made the transition completely seemless. He even honored our price with the previous owner. This wasn't something he had to do but did it anyway. He even reached out to us once we got there and told us we could stay prior to checking in(AMAZING). Once we got there, the house was even better than the pictures!!! Everything was neat, organized, and clean. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was basically a winter wonder land when we got there. With only a short 5-minute drive to the town any extra amenities/food that we wanted was a breeze. Not to mention the stunning views and Vistas. Overall this trip was special and we made so many unforgettable memories. If we could give this trip/house/owner 6 stars we absolutely would. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Group Ski Trip House

I recently rented this house for a ski trip with my friends, and it was absolutely amazing. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house was located just 10 minutes from the mountain, which made it super easy to get to and from the slopes and to go into town for all of the shopping and restaurants. One of the highlights of the house was the hot tub and sauna, which were great for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, including a crock pot, which was great for cooking meals. The pool table and board games were also a hit with everyone, and we had a lot of fun playing together. The owner of the house was very attentive and helpful. They always responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It is definitely necessary to have 4-wheel drive to get up to the house, but the street was always plowed after snow and easy to drive. Overall, I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great place to stay for a ski trip. We had an amazing time and I can't wait to go back! I would definitely rent this place again!

Family home in the woods

Nice quiet location to call home while on your Breckenridge vacation. Our host, Ron, was very accommodating. The house was stocked with all your basics. We loved the location with the tall pine and the snow capped mountains in the background. The only draw backs we had was it's lack of air Conditioning and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms making for hot sleeping especially in the lower bedroom which had not windows and the loft which had a window but would not open. Also, not enough free standing umbrellas on the upper back deck as it was in full sun all day making it way to hot to set outside and enjoy. The whole house would get extremely hot during mid-day through late afternoon, making it uncomfortable being inside. The house would cool off after the sun went down but bedrooms were still to warm for comfortable sleeping. There was plenty room for our adult family of 9. The pool table was a hit with everyone. It's on the lower level, so it was the only room cool during the day. With the high altitude, all those three level stairs proved to be a big challenge for everyone. We'd stay again if ceiling fans were added to every room and more shade provided for the upper deck.

Breckenridge Spring Ski Trip

The house was very nice and met expectations from the pictures. We had 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids for our vacation and had plenty of room. The only misleading image was the fireplace. I don't recall a description but the fireplace is fake. A real fireplace would have been nice. The heating system is not airflow and while there were nest thermometers in each room, it was cool in the upper bedrooms with 72 degrees as the max temp.There was no live TV, only streaming TV. There were four remotes and it was very difficult to access the TV. With four kids this was a challenge. Simple would be better especially in the evening when adults were visiting and kids wanting to watch TV. The biggest drawback for the house was the driveway. It is VERY steep. With lots of snow (a blessing), we could not get cars down the driveway. If you rent this house, you MUST have four-wheel drive vehicles or you have no chance to get in and out the driveway. Even with one car at the bottom of the driveway, there is very little turning around space and no way to put cars in the garage with 3 ft of snow in front. We had one four wheel drive car. We had to park two cars on the road and top of the driveway. This made for treacherous walks down the driveway on ice and snow especially in the evening at dark. If you don't know you have four wheel drive in advance of booking this property, you will not be able to get up and down the driveway. This is a great house; but the driveway was a big problem for us.

Amazing location, but would stay at a different property

My wife and I recently spent 19 days at the property while celebrating a milestone birthday and had friends and family visit over that time. We loved Blue River and Breckenridge, but wouldn't stay at this specific property again. Property manager was very responsive and kind. The reason for the 3-star review was mainly due to a large list of differed maintenance and cleanliness of the property: * We had to clean/dust when we first arrived. * Quality of pots, pans, knives, etc were horrible making cooking difficult. * BBQ grill temperature (maybe the gauge) never got above 325F * Gas fire table was malfunctioning. * Hot tub control panel was clunky. Had to spend a lot of time to get to normal heating mode so that it could work. * Bar stools in basement made of particle board completely broke * Sliding door in basement was difficult to lock * Many of the windows/doors were old and de-laminated - need to be replaced. * Some of carpets were stained and needed to be cleaned/replaced * There were several vacuum cleaners in the house, some worked and some differential didn't work at all In general, it felt like the home has been rented to different groups for a long time, but the owners just haven't cared to maintain and love the property.

Awesome mountain getaway

This property was perfect for our mountain getaway family retreat. It is far enough from town to be nice and quiet, but close enough to run to the store or restaurants quickly. Tons of games stocked, and the arcade has 100s of games to play. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, and the wet bar in the game room was awesome to have! The only problem we had was not wanting to leave! We would book this property again.

Breckinridge Family Fun 2022

Loved everything about this house! It felt secluded even though it was only 10 minutes from town. All beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, pool table and arcade games. We had two families on this trip and everyone complimented how comfortable this house was. We would definitely stay here again!

My favorite place

The house was exactly like pictured, located in a beautiful setting. Crows and magpies greeted us on the deck each morning. There was a pair of foxes that came through the yard several time during our stay. Although we hoped to see moose, there were none that came in the yard, however, we did spot a couple in Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was perfect for three generations. The information binder was very informative and answered a lot of our questions. Thanks, Cyndi!

Property was as advertised. Great location for 4 guys traveling both north and south for fly fishing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Great outdoors space. Would highly recommend.

The property was well maintained and everything you see in pics matches perfectly. Cyndi the owner was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. We were worried a little bit about it being too far from downtown Breckenridge, but it was a short drive in and just perfect for our family vacation.
