It offers an open concept living area and a well-appointed kitchen featuring an oversized fridge, a breakfast bar with space for 8, and an oversized dining table with 10 seats - offering space for your entire party to gather for memory making and dining together. Movie lovers and late-night chatters will find the perfect set up in the living area with a flat screen TV and ample cozy seating. The crown jewel of this space is the gorgeous terrace featuring emerald-green Gulf views. Grab your coffee or a glass of wine and ease into your day watching the sunrise with loved ones. You’ll find ample seating and a private BBQ grill for entertaining! In addition, there is a convenient half bath on this level.
Sleeping space is large and accommodating for up to 16 guests. On the 1st floor, visitors will find two bedrooms with 1.5 baths, a living area, and a kitchenette. The 3rd floor boasts 2 amazing master suites, two spacious ensuite baths, and a second kitchenette.
