CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Early arrival/late check-out is available up to 2 hours upon request, though confirmation is within 12–24 hours before. Please inspect the home upon arrival; if there’s an issue, contact us right away. Late check-out is $20/hour (up to 4 hours), or 50% of the nightly rate after that. Notify the host 24 hours before departure to avoid a $50 charge for each additional 30 minutes after check-out time.

PARKING:
Up to 3 free assigned parking spaces: 2 inside the garage and 1 parallel to the garage. Be mindful of street sweeping on Wednesdays—hosts are not responsible for tickets if parked in front of the house.

TRASH COLLECTION:
Trash is picked up Tuesday mornings. If staying Monday night, please bring the bins out in the evening and return them by Tuesday afternoon. Dispose of all trash in the black bin marked 130.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Millennial Queens LLC’s home is fully furnished and available for month-to-month stays, perfect for corporate leases (e.g., travel nurses, business travelers, interns). Contact us with any questions.

Quaint & quiet!!

This was perfect for two moms and our kiddos for our trip to Disneyland! There was plenty of space, it is in a quiet neighborhood, neighbors are friendly and there are many amenities close by! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

This house was beautifully decorated, more than adequate for our needs, and spotless. It was central to everything that we wanted to do. I had occasion to contact the host during our stay, and their reply was quick and thorough. Very accommodating. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

Disney trip

This home was clean and it was booked within 1 day of our trip due to another booking being cancelled by the owner due to plumbing problems. Good communication up front. Be aware: This home has no central heating, it has small mini heaters in every room. This does not help in the large family kitchen dining area; where it was very very cold. There are no top sheets on the beds, just fitted sheet and duvet covers. The bathroom shower in Room 2 is very tiny. Think showering in a pay phone booth. We encountered a problem with the tenant who lives above the garage where where we park. They had a party and was very loud. Multiple requests to the property owner to help and was communicated with the next morning. We were in a pinch so this place helped, but I would not stay again.

Do not recommend

All of the rooms are very small with little room to move around. Bathrooms are tiny. The cleaning wasn’t great, it was just ok. There was underwear next to the nightstand in one room and thick dust between the nightstand and wall. The beds had no top sheets. The bathtub and showers had some mold around the bottom. The foosball table was fun for the kids but there was no comfortable furniture for sitting. There is no central heat, only tiny space heaters for the bedrooms so the main living area was cold in the morning and night. The real problem was the lack of timely communication from the host when a problem came up. After the first day, the code to get in the house no longer worked. The host wasn’t responding to messages we sent through VRBO and the phone number on VRBO went straight to a generic voice mail that we also left messages on with no response. Due to no response from the host after leaving 7 messages and a voice mail, we had to knock on a neighbors door to ask for help to get a hold of the owner. For this alone, I would never rent from this host again or recommend them. After we checked out, the host sent a message that chargers were found left in the house which I confirmed were ours. Again, no communication from the host when trying to arrange to pick them up. I do not recommend renting from this host and if you do, good luck.

Cute Place

This home was more than enough space for my daughter and i. The parking garage was very convenient. The washer and dryer inside the home was great too. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location.

Amazing house

Loveeeee the location. The area was really nice and have easy access to pretty much anything (Walgreens, Costco, Walmart, etc). The house is clean and all appliances were complete. Thank you for hosting us
