Good and Bad

Arrived with dirty towels on dining table and unmade beds. Trash bags outside door. Had to have AC person in twice. Bucket under AC for dripping water. Not enough kitchen dinnerware, silverware, pots, pans etc. No Coffee maker.When we complained the owner did get someone out but it took several hours to get clean towels and sheets.

Its a place

Neighborhood was quiet enough to sleep. Had flood issue with a/c, had to empty buckets whole stay. Sheets,towels were clean. Had to shower at familys house. Paint flaking off in tub. Water stains on ceiling. It is a clean bed with a soggy floor.Thats all

Horrible

The place in Baton Rouge is horrible , had roaches wall socket coming out of the wall in the kitchen, no glasses to drink celling fan light look like it was falling. Loud music in the neighborhood.Check in time suppose to be at 4:00 P.M., we couldn't get in till after 9:00 P.M. TV didn't work the remotes didn't work , and couldn't get on to the wifi. Just a Horrible place,

Stay away from this property

I arrived to the property on my arrival date and time and the property was not ready.Long story short I never stay there because the manager never sent my confirmation code to the property.Therefore I had to find another place to stay at the last minute.In other words the manager of the property was very unprofessional and he has poor hospitality skills..Don’t stay at his property in Baton Rouge,La because your going to be disappointed!!!

Stay Away

When we arrived there was a maintenance van in the driveway and a man putting plywood up on the outside wall. My husband saw what looked to be black mold on the bottom of the wall. As soon as we entered the home the smell of mold wafted through the living room area. Immediately my head and sinuses started throbbing, as I am allergic to mold. I called the owner to tell him we were leaving and why. There is much more to my story, but the main moral is Do Not book this place.

Blindsided

This place was just nasty. Nasty smelling, nasty crust rimmed toilet bowls, nasty bathroom sink facet areas. Bedding was unwashed smelling. Noisy neighborhood, people talking loud at night, cars at night loud going in out up and down the street all night. Beds were very uncomfortable. This house needs a lot of attention. we finely gave up Tuesday and moved out. There is no wi-fi either. I assume there will be no refund, but please do refund the cleaning fee. The only one who cleaned was me. I had to wash the comforter so I could sleep on it. My husband just stayed up most of the night until fatigue got to be too much. We have had a good experience with Virbo last year, and will book again for something in the fall. This bad experience fall's on the host, not Virbo.

Not worth it

The stay was terrible, the listing says its in a quiet area, thats BS. No sleep for anyone Friday night due to every neighbor was up partying and playing loud music until 5:30 am. Had several large bugs crawling around, the bathtubs are terrible looking. We came for a family reunion and they said we were in one of the worst parts of Baton Rouge.
