Meillä on käytettävissä 24. elokuuta - Labor Day 2. syyskuuta 2019 !! Tekee paljon!

Tämä ihanan tilava duplex on vain muutaman minuutin jalka päässä joko Bay tai valtamerellä. Park autosi ja jätä se !! Hyödynnä tilava hiljainen takapiha nimitetty useita istuu ja ruokailutilat. Ottaa taukoa auringon, mutta pysyä ulkona Cabana, täysin varustettu jääkaappi, pesuallas, baari, HDTV ja stereo. 2 ulkopuolella suihkua mahdollistavat kaikille saada valmis menemään kiire.

Tämä duplex on täysin varustettu moderni keittiö ja mukavuudet, kuten WiFi / kaapeli koko omaisuuden. Olemme erittäin lemmikkieläinystävällinen.

Et ehkä halua lähteä, ja me mielellämme olla tulet takaisin kotiin Surf City!

Great location and space

My family and I rented Mike's house in Surf City and really enjoyed it! The house had plenty of space, the outside gazebo was a great spot to hang out even when it rained. Very comfortable and easy to get to the ocean side or the bay side of LBI. Thanks Mike!

Backyard Bliss

What a great property! My family rented the entire house and we couldn't be more pleased. The best part was definitely the cabana and backyard in general. It's like having a living room outside! Having a fridge, tv & sink outside is genius! We spend 90% of our time in the cabana or backyard, even on the one day it rained. Fenced in and paved, it was safe for my toddler to play and private. With multiple seating areas, we could all be happy outside- in the shade or in the sun! Showering the sand off is easier with two outdoor showers, but there is a bathtub on the first floor to thoroughly rinse off a wiggly toddler! The house was clean and had all the modern conveniences we needed (except a washer/dryer, but there's a laundromat a few blocks away, so this wasn't a huge problem.) The owners were extremely helpful, responsive & attentive to our needs. In fact, when a patio umbrella broke, they immediately delivered a new one (driving through a thunderstorm) and even bought us a delicious locally-made pie! (Thanks Mike & Sharon!) The master bedroom (2nd floor) was large enough for us to put a cot (owner provided) in the room for our toddler. The other 4 bedrooms aren't huge, but were perfect for what we needed. Window a/c is available, but not always necessary with the beach breeze. Conveniently, the location is only a block away from the bay beach with covered benches and a playground, and we rode bikes to the ocean everyday, sometimes going back & forth several times with no problem. I heartily recommend this property for a large family- two kitchens & dining/living spaces made it perfect for breakfasts where we weren't all fighting to use the stove & sink at the same time. Also, Surf City is situated so that it is really easy to get on and off the island if necessary. A bit quieter than Beach Haven, it's perfect for safe bike rides along Barneget, Central & Sunset. Yet there's still plenty to do, to eat & to see within close proximity. I look forward to returning.

What a great vacation we had!

Highly recommend staying here. The owners (Sharon, Greg & Mike) met us at the house. Showed us around. Answered any questions we had. Honestly, they were so delightful. We rented the entire property. The property was spotless. There was so much room. The outside cabana room quickly became the teenagers room! They even sleep in the cabana. There was plenty of outside seating for dining and adult conversation. Loved being close to the bay for sunsets and the bay beach; however, was close to the beach. Surf City is adorable with the shops, ice cream, restaurants and mini golf. Will be renting next year.

We have been coming to the Island since we were young teenagers. We love the location of our home because it's quiet and serene and our neighbors are wonderful and friendly. This is a quiet very relaxing portion of the Island, yet we can get to the 'action' with a few minutes drive. We love to walk everywhere and this location allows us to do just that. The children love it here as well because there is a lot to do if they want. We hope you will enjoy the Island the way we do!

We chose this property because it was such a charming, bright and warming home. The location was perfect because we could get on and off the Island very easily. The Bay View is a big winner and the property is well put together allowing us to enjoy it without a lot of maintenance. We have recently renovated the entire first floor and cabana since Sandy. Everyone just loves the new space!

Walking anywhere for shopping, food, the beach or the bay is a huge benefit to this relaxing get away. The bright happy atmosphere both in and out of our home is very welcoming. The furniture and appliance are very well maintained and look new. You'll relax in comfort either with the windows open for the wonderful cross breeze, or with the air-conditioning on for those really hot days.
