Good location

Outdated, there is a musky smell. Couldn’t access the beach due to water being upAround the steps. Garbage was left from last occupants in the bathroom and there was gnats inside the condo when we arrived.

Fell in love with North Topsail

When you say on the water, you mean on the water. Everything was great except for the living room couch, which desperately needs to be replaced and filters in the air conditioners need to be replaced it smelled quite musty at times. The shower heads were quite difficult to maneuver and need to be replaced.Great views from the balcony. Quiet and relaxing.

Limited beach access

Ocean View

Ocean view from this room is amazing. Kitchen is really small, and there isn’t a lot of room to put groceries that you bring in so you have to get creative with that. I love that there’s tvs in the bunk beds so after a long day the kids can unwind with their shows before bed. Overall, it’s a nice place to getaway.

Great home!

This home was great! The home was clean and we were even provided sheets and towels which was an amazing surprise! We have stayed at Topsail Reef many times and this home was the best one we have stayed at. The location was great. The only thing we were not happy about was the amount of sandbags that were on the beach. The sandbags were placed on some of the steps to get up to the condos. The placement of the sandbags made it nearly impossible for you not to touch them to get up which is frowned upon as they are considered dunes and they also make it impossible to stay on the beach for long periods of time because the tide comes up and the sandbags leave little room on the beach.

Cozy beach access

The unit was a nice location--right on the beach, (although at high tide the beach at the building was non-existent)! The way the waves washed over the steps and sandbags at high tide was a constant reminder of climate change, but we could still get to the beach of either side of the complex and low tide made for a nice wide beach. It's a cozy little spot, but big enough for the 3 of us, and with a nice balcony to sit and drink coffee over the ocean. We weren't thrilled to arrive in the evening and find that there were no consumables provided, so we needed to supply our own toilet paper(!), garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc. There is a little shop across the street, so if you need to, you can stock up, as long as you don't arrive after they close. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, given how tiny it was. I might have appreciated a dishwasher, but it wasn't promised, and there was nowhere to put one. We really enjoyed the beignet food truck that was across the street most mornings! Overall a nice relaxing stay, with super easy beach access!

Great View

Property has a terrific view, Only issue was the baseboard heaters. Only a few worked. We did figure out the electric heater in living room could be used to supplement heat. No instructions for using the elect, heater. Everything else was great.

Amazing Time

My wife and I went to this place for our Anniversary trip. It was our first time to Topsail. This place was amazing! We loved the simplicity and tranquility that this place offered! We are already looking for a good time to return. Thank you all for offering such a nice place at an affordable price!

Great for our March Getaway

The condo was very clean! There were plenty of bath towels, kitchen towels, blankets, etc. We didn't cook but it looked like the kitchen had most everything you would need equipment wise if you wanted to cook. I saw salt and pepper but no other food, coffee, or spices. That's not a complaint just an FYI. The bed was a little firm for us but we know it might be perfect for the next people. The water pressure in the shower was great! Our main complaint is that the complex is fighting to stay out of the ocean. It is packed with huge sandbags and when it's high tide there's no beach to sit or walk on. We had to take alternate routes to get back to the condo a couple of times after walks on the beach. That might be fine for some folks but we didn't think it was the best situation for us (senior citizens).

Perfect October Getaway Spot!

This little condo was packed with cute features! While we only needed the queen bed, there were adorable built-in bunk beds and a pull-out sofa if needed! The decor was tastefully beachy- right down to the shell-filled door handles in the kitchen! All amenities were thoughtfully available and the oceanfront balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening!

Great Spot

We were able to check in about 4 hours early and that was amazing! We were hoping we would be able to get it early. We came in to a row of condos that could have the house numbers on the outside in bigger print, it’s a little hard to read, but we found the correct condo pretty quickly. The stairwell was fine, well lit and easy to access. The key pad was easy to use once we figured out you have to punch the numbers in with a consistent speed. Inside, first impressions were great. We ot had a full sized fridge, and oven, as well as smaller appliances like kettle, coffee pot, blender, toaster, mixer and other items. There’s one private bedroom, a set of bunk beds in the hallway nook, and the couch folds out to a queen bed that we didn’t use, The view from the balcony is glorious. There were two tall chairs, two regular deck chairs, and two barstools for us to sit on. There was also a big inner tube for us to play in the ocean with. Inside the bedroom closet is about 6 boogie boards and a massive bucket full of beach toys for toddlers. I have to say that it was very quiet, we could not hear neighbors or people walking the passage outside. There’s two window units and baseboard heaters for the winter. Outside the beach access is very easy to use, and the gate to it was always open though we had a code for it. Our biggest downfall was the bedding. We had to put sheets on the bunk beds which is no big deal. But the master bed looked like it hadn’t been changed between users which was gross, so we ended up changing that. Overall, it’s worth its 5 stars and we will be back next year.

Girls trip

The unit was clean, lots of towels, easy check in. The alarm on the fridge kept going off but after a call to management it was fixed rather quickly. The toliet ran after every flush but we fixed it. Overall perfect weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Our apartment was right on the ocean as advertised. Easy beach access. Beautiful view. Just make sure to bring as many groceries and beverages that you’ll need as the stores are located off the island. 15 minute drive. Loved our stay.

Awesome beach condo

My partner and I had a great stay here - this location is prime. Second story balcony with a great view of the expansive beach -- just what we were looking for. It's a petite place, but since it's summer we were on the balcony/beach the whole day and it felt plenty spacious for us two. Across the street there's a tiki bar, which was a fun surprise. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The main issue: the microwave did not work -- the food did not get hot and it smelled like burning plastic. The kitchen also says it's fully stocked but we found it a big sparse -- e.g., no wine glasses!

Beautiful slice of Heaven!

The place was cozy, bed was comfortable. The pull out couch is extremely UNCOMFORTABLE and filthy. (Could use some cleaning and or a new pullout to sleep on) The place had everything we needed from towels to extra blankets to paper towels and nice cookery. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Secluded quiet and peaceful. We would return for sure. Maybe add a small blow up twin mattress if you can’t get a new pull out for extra place to sleep. Thanks Vacasa! P.S when we initially pulled out the couch to sleep, lucky charms cereal fell out the bed leaving me to believe the cleaning people forgot about the bed. We know how it can be and let that go being the oceanfront was more important to us. Thanks again
