This unique Spanish style home was built in 1926, there are elements of Spanish charm throughout the home. Located in South Park, a highly desirable neighborhood with plenty of things to do nearby. Take a short stroll & you'll find boutique shopping, unique coffee shops & well known restaurants or travel 2 miles to the zoo, Balboa Park or Downtown/Gaslamp District & Little Italy!

A perfect getaway for a big group of family & friends. We'd love to host you!

Wonderful place!

We had a family of 5, all adults and two adult children (who slept in the bunk beds. It’s centrally located with great restaurants in walking distance. House was comfortable and highly functional. Beds were comfy. Well-stocked kitchen. All around a wonderful stay!

We were here for a conference AND fun. Perfect house for our family. Really cute house with fun historic features. The neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants. 10/10 recommend.

Plenty of room, perfect location!

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but a short couple of blocks to South Park's great shops and restaurants, AND a handy Target. Navigating to Balboa Park, downtown, and the airport were super easy. Andy and Cresentia were immediately responsive to any questions and their check-in and check-out info was complete and helpful. We were perfectly comfortable in this spacious home with our nine family members aged 3 to 71. Without reservation we say rent this place!

Nice house in a great neighborhood

My family really enjoyed our stay here. We did have two family members with mobility limitations and they struggled with the front steps. But that wasn't the host's fault and the property was fine in all other respects. Street parking only.

Great location and setup

This house worked out great for our family and the location was perfect. We walked two blocks and had our choice of four wonderful coffee shops in the morning. Our host was incredibly responsive and we would definitely stay here when we come back. And we will!

Beautiful home- great for families

This is our grown family's second time staying in this great home! Love the location in South Park section in San Diego. Can walk to restaurants for all three meals. Close to playgrounds, parks, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Will definitely stay again!

Home away from home

Very neat home, close enough to beaches, dining and attractions. We were there for a Navy graduation and we were able to have 8 family members all on one place.

Great little house - awesome neighborhood

Loved the house and neighborhood. Bedrooms were nice, beds were comfy. Nice big table and good seating in living room. Bathrooms were a bit old and the towels were hard. Overall very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a central location

Our family enjoyed this house a lot. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the layout is good, and you can tell the host really thought through little details that would make guests comfortable. We always had ample parking. The location is perfect for seeing the main San Diego sites.

Great neighborhood

I traveled with my 81 year young mother and sister while I attended a convention. What a great neighborhood! So many families out and people walking their dogs and enjoying the area. The host was great when needing any communication (like trying to unlock the door), super quick reply. The home was well stocked, clean and such a quiet neighborhood! If and when I go back to SD and need to stay close to the convention center or downtown, I would choose this cute place!

South Park Haven!!!

Loved this beautiful large “bungalow” home. It was spacious and very clean! Plenty of room to work on our laptops and watch TV later in the evening. We hope to stay again! Highly recommend this home!!!

Part of our family was able to gather in San Diego for our youngest son's graduation. The house was perfect and in a great, safe neighborhood. My husband and I agree, we would love to go back to do some more exploring and would absolutely book this property again.

Great little bungalo

Perfect size for us - me and my wife, our two kids and my parents. It was very clean and no issues checking in. Everything was as described. Awesome neighborhood! Park right in front of the house. Coffee, ice cream, vintage store - right down the street. Walk to balboa park. We had a great time.

Comfy stay

Great location near Balboa park/zoo. House was stocked with all of your basic essentials. Parking can get a little busy as it’s street parking shared with the neighborhood. Neighborhood is quiet and is walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would stay again!

Nice house. Center to many locations in San Diego

Center location to many happenings places. Nice house. It would be nice if the second bathroom has door lock from inside. Otherwise we loved stayed in there and we would strongly recommend.

Overall the property was great. House was clean and tidy. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. 7-10min drive to downtown area/pier. Only issues were lack of cutlery (only 3 spoons for a house meant for 7-9 guests) and the HVAC unit didn’t cool the house very well during the day. The nights were lovely with opening windows.

cute house, a little miscommunication

we had a great overall stay, but upon arrival we found the house without any sheets on the bed or towels for showering. luckily, the host was super responsive and fixed the issue within hours and brought a couple bottles of wine for the inconvenience! great location and decent parking around.

Great place to stay with the family

Cute home full of character with lots of room for my family of 8 to stretch out. The large kitchen was stock with all the needed items to cook and we loved the large dining table where we enjoy our meals and playing our board games. There was one convenient parking spot in the driveway way but if your bring more than one car it will be difficult securing a spot in front of the house due to it lots of other neighborhood cars. There was plenty of towels and extra bedding available. WiFi was available but only one tv so be prepared to use your device if you need more than one. With the charm of this unique home you do get a lot of squeaks when walking around and the main bathroom is a little creepy with its old charm but the one in the master suite is update and more comfortable for those that find the other one a little to much. A plus to this home is over two blocks you will find coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

Fantastic location in San Diego
