This Key Colony Beach condo is beautifully renovated in ocean front complex with heated pool and private beach. #35 has a festive interior featuring modern decor and all new kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. Private oceanfront beach with plenty of lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use. Sunset Park is just next door for nightly views of the gorgeous Keys sunsets.

Studio condo newly renovated with new bath, kitchen and furnishings. Bathroom has walk-in shower and all new tile and cabinets. Comfy king sized bed with new mattress and crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!

Other things to note
If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Bike Marathon will deliver them to the property. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from the condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. There is a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Bike Marathon will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. Within the city of Key Colony Beach everything is within walking distance including three restaurants, tackle store, clothing boutiques and gift shops. We have tennis, bocce, pickelball and basketball courts. We also have two children’s playgrounds and a charming par 3 golf course (rental clubs available)
