Villa conforme à la description. L'équipement dans la cuisine est pour une fois adapté aux nombre de personnes ( ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas). Les kits de démarrage ( sac poubelle, lessive...,) sont bien fourni. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont parfaits ( c'est un vrai jacuzzi qui chauffe en supplément évidemment) . Le barbecue gratuit c'est trÚs bien. Il faut juste pour avoir une nouvelle bouteille aller a Walmart pour 20. Nous avons eu un souci de climatisation/ chauffage et René est intervenu rapidement et il a fallu l'intervention de technicien qui étaient parfaits. Tout a bien fonctionné aprÚs. Je loue des villas chaque année et c'est pour moi l'une des meilleures. On voit que les propriétaires sont attentifs à leurs hÎtes.

House had the pool and rooms needed as listed, the location was very convenient. however i would recommend the owners visit their property or review the contracts with management team/cleaning team, as there were definite issues. Garden maintenance had not been done for several weeks, front door entrance on arrival was filthy. we cleaned it for you now. The patio was full of black dirt that flowed in rivers when it rained. The pool was well kept. We were told that we had to clean the grill if used or we would be charged, however this had obviously not been enforced before as the grill was filthy! who is checking that before the next guests? We had to clean it before use and then we cleaned it again after use and it clearly had not been cleaned for many uses. If this is not the cleaners job, who is checking it? The dryer vents need clearing, the alarm keeps going off for it, and no one has done that for ages it appears. General maintenance needs some attention to detail and your cleaners are not doing a thorough job. The safe had rust around it on the carpets where someone had previously tried to break in by the look of it, but the cleaners have never cleaned around it in the closet. A lot of dust around too. appears they are doing a quick job between stays. Worst of all was the bins. The one bin was FULL with stinking rubbish, not been put out for weeks. the other recycling one was full top with boxes & old clothes. I put them all out, but that shouldn't be the guests job

Lovely stay

Lovely villa nice and spacious, good location for our stay.My only concern was the cutlery draw lots of the steak type knifes mainly, were dirty from previous guests, spoons and forks, i washed mostly everything before we used it, but the rest of the place was tide.Finding the code for the safe wasnt easy, the file only had xxxx so had to email you for this. But overall a pleasant stay. And gorgeous weather, pool was a hit with the kids and us adults.

Magical Memories

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool and hot tub/spa were heated perfectly. Highly recommend paying the extra for the heat if staying in the winter months. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 letting the kids spread out across the house. The communication with the host and property management was excellent. Very responsive to any questions. We had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend for a family looking for a home with a private pool for a stay in The Orlando area including Disney World.

Our 3 week holiday in the sun

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying at Liz and Duncan's property. The house was is in the perfect location for all amenities, close to theme parks, shopping and the all you can want only a short drive away. Any small issues we had were quickly resolved by Tracy. The pool and spa were great but the one small bug bear for us was the garden furniture, we found it not very user friendly due to it being made from plumbers pipework rather than metal. Overall we would definitely book again when we came back to Florida for our next visit in a few years time.

A great base - good facilities

Overall a decent property; a great size, good location, and great value for money. Probably could do with a bit of modernising compared to similar properties to elevate it to a really high standard, and despite the pool and spa being a great size, the outside space feels like it needs a bit of a deep clean. We had some minor issues which were quickly responded to by the property owner, who was very responsive throughout. Overall a decent enough value for money property which was ideal as a base for our theme park holiday.

Great Family Experience

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing plenty of space for our group of adults to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. Our host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend for a wonderful group getaway!

Needs work, has 5 star potential.

Property was very dirty and in need of many updates. Spa was not working properly, bedrooms had wet carpets that smelled of mildew/mold and there was a major ant problem in the kitchen. If a little time and effort was put into this property it would have 5 star potential. The communication with the property owner was good and the response of the property manager onsite was outstanding. The onsite property manager was the only reason I didn't rate this property lower, he was great!

Disney Getaway

Very conveniently located near Disney, Universal, and other great places, like medieval times, flea markets, shopping, food, etc. The house is very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. I would actively pursue this house again if I were to travel back to Orlando. Thank you!

Our family travels year round for our teenage daughter who has played travel volleyball at the national level for several years. Almost exclusively use VRBO while traveling & depend on honest reviews when booking. We offer this feedback to help others make an educated decision. The Pros of this rental include: - the kitchen is well stocked - the AC works well in the master bedroom - plenty of space for a large family to spread out - outside sitting area is nice - supplies for infants and babies The Cons of this rental include: -cleanliness far below expectations upon check in - potato chips on the table, chair and floor in the kitchen, trash in the pool, all on the day we arrived. -couches have stains on the cushions & are not comfortable to sit on due to age and use. -were informed by the owner about a "new" policy on day of check in - we would be charged if we did not clean grill after using. When we arrived we looked at the grill - it was disgusting, covered in food & grease on inside and outside, sent photos to owner -Temp is very inconsistent, 3 bedrooms were extremely hot & hard to sleep in -master bed is very uncomfortable with permanent body indentions on sides & hump in middle, difficult to sleep and years past needing replacing Unfortunately, cons far outweigh the pros. Would not stay here again until upgrades were made & can not recommend renting this property. We contacted the owner several times during our stay. Duncan was quick to reply to messages.

Loved It

This place was amazing. I loved every bit of it! We all had so much fun at the pool, it was an amazing temperature, and clean! The chairs were clean, rooms, bathroom, etc. Def recommend!

MONEY AND TIME WELL SPENT

We were able to gather with family, spend time together under one roof. Laugh together, cook together, swim together and just basically reconnect. Dario, our host was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. If you're looking for a palatial mansion, keep looking, but if you're looking for a clean place with enough room for youre family in a nice neighborhood close to the essentials, here ya go

ehh it’s okay

Glad we only had a short stay! When we first arrived the house was extremely warm. Ac does not go below 72 degrees. The house stayed pretty warm the entire time even with the fans going and everything they suggested we do. Outside was cooler than inside. Master bath tub hot water does not work at all if you step in it it sounds like the bottom broken anyways. Master bed mattress is broken you can really feel the mattress springs. Some of the other beds are the same way. The house is extremely outdated and needs some updating. The washer has a moldy smell to it. The pool area is extremely nice along with a nice pool and hot tub.

Liz and I are Brits who live in the UK, and visit Florida as often as we can. We have had many happy Florida vacations with our family and friends in this home. Over the years, our boys brought all of their school friends to stay with us and hit the theme parks. The boys are grown now, and don't come so often, which leaves more space for friends to drop in when we are there.

We came to Indian Point on vacation in 1999, and loved the place. We were back a few months later to look at purchasing. We spent a week driving round lots of different locations, and decided in the end that Indian Point suited us best. It is close to the theme parks whilst not being too out of the way. We wanted to have easy access to the 192 for the shops and restaurants. We bought our home off-plan and have enjoyed it ever since. The two master bedrooms is a great benefit for families sharing. The villa we originally vacationed in was a Crystal model with 4 beds, so we were very happy to be able to choose a Grand Crystal model, which has the same downstairs layout, and with the added upstairs second master bedroom.

The pool area is a great bonus, and we made sure to get extra deck room to fit all those sun loungers. The in-ground spa was a MUST - that's our favourite place to unwind after a long day.
We loved the covered lanai in the home design so you can sit outside but escape the direct sun.
We were lucky to get a corner lot which has a bit more space, and a long driveway.
