This home is sure to be a perfect fit for your family's next vacation getaway! Not only is this home just a short commute away from the pristine beaches of the gulf, you are still close enough to enjoy all the shopping, dining, and fun, that Scenic 30A has to offer. Only a short commute to be able to enjoy the bike paths bordering the length of Scenic 30A, while visiting the shops, and restaurants in nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and iconic Seaside Beach (~ 20 minute drive).

Flounder by the Sea is a one story home including a kitchen and living area with large Flat-Screen TV, laundry room, two King-size bedrooms, and two bunk beds. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining space for spacious relaxation. Escape to the screen covered patio to sip on your morning coffee while relaxing to the sound of the ocean's waves. The dining room table seats 6, plus 4 more at the bar, and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances!

Beach access is located minutes from the Flounder at Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Haven Accommodations provides "starter amenities," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
