Aldea Zama is one of the most sought after areas within Tulum. With amazing amenities, world class restaurants, and a natural environment, Aldea Zama is sure to impress.

Our suggestions are to rent a vehicle during your stay. There are so many amazing things to see around the Mayan Riviera and a care is a great way to come and go as you please. But there are also a lot of taxis around or we can organize private transportation for your activities.

● Please be aware that the building is on an area surrounded by constant new constructions so it can be noisy from time to time.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● Please follow the complex rules.
