Welcome to The Boulder Retreat where the whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The Boulder Retreat is open & airy with soaring ceilings & lots of natural light. The Boulder Retreat is set up to be your home away from home, it has all you need & is ready for your stay! TBR is a quick drive to eateries, golfing, Coachella fest, Stagecoach, Indian Wells Tennis Stadium, Thermal Race Track, Polo Fields, Acrisure Arena, shopping, casinos, hiking & more!

Amazing Place

We had a work event at Coachella and the Owner of the property was incredible. He was so easy to work with and was great at communicating and helping us with our needs. The house was beautiful and so clean! We would 100% stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality we truly enjoyed our time at your beautiful house.

Great “work in process” house

This property has many great amenities however it appeared to us to be something that the owners haven’t quite finished. The upstairs bedrooms had VERY uncomfortable and VERY squeaky beds and the bathroom light switch cover was missing. The upstairs was not very clean and the walls needed painting. There were no rugs on the floors so between the squeaky beds and the noisy floors, our sleep was interrupted a lot.The garage was also a disaster so much so that we did not park our rental inside. The property manager/owner was very good about responding to my concern about the front door lock battery being low and about the door handle on the back door falling off, which we appreciated because we were concerned about security. Also, the manager/owner was very responsive to my questions prior to entering the home.The master bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living rooms were lovely and very well appointed. The swimming pool and patio were also lovely if you are used to noisy street traffic.The neighborhood was nice and the location was great so when this home is completed and cleaned up it will be spectacular for any one staying there.

Great Place to stay

Everything seemed new in the house. The pool was beautiful. We had one minor issue and the owner promptly took care of it for us. This is what really counts in a rental.

Cute Indio home

Overall the home was amazing, it was very spacious and was so cute! The backyard space was amazing, we did not pay to heat the pool but it would have been great to be able to utilize that, but we did utilize the hot tub every day and loved it! The fire pit and outdoor furniture was great too! The host is very responsive and was very helpful when we had a few questions! Highly recommend!

Lacrosse tournament and mom's birthday getaway

We had a great stay! Most of the property on the inside and in the backyard has been recently, completely, and gorgeously renovated. We LOVED the hot tub and spent so much time out there even though it was cool, bordering on cold when we were there in January. My son was playing in a lacrosse tournament at the Polo Grounds and it was so much closer (and more fun!) than the team hotel that was way over in Palm Desert. Also, it was my mom's 85th birthday and we celebrated her with an awesome tri-tip BBQ on the grill on Friday night. We also took her out to dinner on Saturday night at the Cliff House, a fancy place, conveniently close in La Quinta. I wish we had more time to do some shopping, which was also very close to this property. There are a couple of things to know - there are stairs! The master is on the main floor but the two additional bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. So is the futon. Fair warning if you are traveling with an older person who is not adept at stairs. Also, although the property backs up to a busy street and we could hear the cars when we were outside, it really wasn't bothersome or disruptive at all. When you are sitting in the hot tub, everything else gets tuned out.
