Two beautifully adorned bathrooms offer a spacious feel to your stay. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries await, ensuring a pampered experience. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hand Wash are supplied.

LAUNDRY:
Quality full-size washer and dryer conveniently located within the suite with complimentary laundry detergent.

PARKING:
The heated parkade onsite means that you can leave your vehicle behind and enjoy walking around Canmore without worrying about finding a parking spot! There is also free parking on the street for additional vehicles.

Located on lively Kananaskis Way, just steps away from the downtown core and all the great shop and restaurants that Canmore has to offer. In Solara treat yourself to a rejuvenating spa treatment at One Wellness Spa or invigorate your body with a workout at our state-of-the-art fitness centre. Raven's Ridge can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer! Follow the directions provided in the Welcome Message.

HOUSE RULES

*No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house and please leave property to smoke cigarettes. Improperly disposed of cigarettes can spark a forest fire.
*No Pets, No Parties, No Candles, No Unregistered Guests.
*Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours.
*Please remove all footwear at the door.
*No Bikes, Skis or Snowboards allowed inside.
*Please notify us if something breaks or stops working.

CANCELLATION POLICY - FIRM

*Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
*If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
*After that, 50% refund of nightly rate up to 7 days before check-in.
*No refund after that.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES

* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe's refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
