Spacious Cottage- walk Downtown- Boat Charter!
This spacious home will allow your friends and family to gather and enjoy everything Boyne City has to offer. A cozy hangout room for kids are just a few reasons your stay here will be fun and comfortable!
The main floor has a great layout and provides the opportunity to spread out and have separate areas for conversation and gathering. There is a king bedroom with an attached bathroom so stair-free living while staying here is no problem.
Upstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kids have an additional 'hang out' room with a TV, game system and comfortable couch. We hope to provide opportunities for guests of all ages to enjoy the space, relax and make memories that last a lifetime!
The entire home is yours to enjoy. When you enter you'll find a great laundry room to set all of your recreational toys, coolers etc. The front porch is open seasonally (summer). Garage hangout is seasonal no heat, please ask for key.
Parking at the house is free and is off the main street. There is room for 3-4 vehicles. Two in the driveway and two in the grass between the sidewalk and the road. Street parking is not allowed overnight in the city.
We allow for 1 dog (pet fee applies) no other animals. No parties allowed.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS LISTING REQUIRES GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED 21+
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit Hold in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules / Manual.
Please sign the agreement and do a security deposit hold in the Happy Guest portal.

Boyne City is a community of mixed travel. This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. Neighbor kids shovel sidewalks of those in need and neighbors know and look out for one another. After dark it's quiet other than laughter shared among friends sitting around the patio in the summer. A walk to the bars and restaurants is feasible for even the youngest guests, but a bike ride is even more fun. Inquire about the availability of bikes during your stay! Additionally, we have pontoon boats available for rent as well as a MOBILE SAUNA large enough for your whole group! Inquire for more info.

There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:
1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dogâs stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, youâll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
