Ready to explore? we are just 10 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from Canyon Lake, Schlitterbahn Waterpark & Wurstfest. Float the Guadalupe River in less than 20 minutes. Located approximately 30-45 minutes from both Austin & San Antonio.

Awesome property with tons of space parking for guest. Fresh linens, everything was so clean! So much to do within 5-10 minutes. Kendrie was an excellent host & we would be happy to stay again.

The property was just as listed, clean, lots of amenities, owner was easy to communicate with, loved, loved, loved the abundance of deers on and around the property. Located just outside of town but close enough to take a 15 minute drive for anything you need

GREAT PLACE to STAY!

We stayed at the Ranchette Getaway while we participated in the Total Archery Challenge at Natural Bridge Caverns. It was close to the venue and had access to all things we needed close by. The house was clean, comfortable and was well suited for our group. The outdoor kitchen and hot tub were highlights of the stay! Not to mention all the deer! Truely a great place for a getaway! Hope to stay there again next year!

New Braunfels winter getaway

The property was extremely nice. It was located in a small and quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic and noise. There were plenty of quiet spaces just for relaxing and deer gazing. Host responded quickly to any questions. Perfect home for a perfect vacation!

Family Vacation

Picked this location due to it being near to local attractions for New Braunfels and it turned out to be perfect. Quiet, spacious, great yard, BBQ-Grill area, lounging area, basically a fun house to stay at, really recommend this place.

Amazing getaway with friends to float the river!

We planned a river trip and got to stay at this wonderful house, very close to everything. The house itself & the accommodations blew us away. It’s a trip we will remember forever! 5 stars.

Just what we were looking for!

Perfect get away to the Lake and River. My daughter flew in from Alaska and we wanted to show her Texas. This house made that possible. Lots of amenities, and a ton of relaxation! Communication was spectacular. We would stay again in a heart beat.

It was a great new years ! Back yard was great for kids to explore ! BBQ pit wasnt working at the time but owners were quick to refund some money for that inconvenience ! Overall great stay and great customer service

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our needs. The host was very quick to respond to communication before and during the trip. Location was amazing, and layout of the house was great. Love larger one stories as I struggle with stairs, but have a large family.

Weekend with Friends

We enjoyed our time at this home. It's in great location in New Braunfels. You have easy access to the rivers, water park and downtown NB. Home was clean and spacious on a nice piece of land. Beds were comfortable and home had nice modern updates. We saw deer and enjoyed the outdoor covered patio. Unfortunately I was not able to utilize the basketball court. My only complaint and it's a small one was the outdoor grill was a little difficult to operate. Probably user error. We would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect getaway!

I’ve rented many homes for vacations throughout the years, though the hosts have never been above and beyond like Kendrie has. My guests loved the house, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I messaged Kendrie before arrival if they had a pasta maker for our planned family dinner, she did not though went above and beyond by purchasing one for us! It was such an amazing gesture. The epitome of hospitality and the lasagna came out superb. The bathroom with the soaking tub was so relaxing. Same goes with the hot tub that was ready to go as soon as we checked in. We were even greeted by a few deer that stopped by for some bananas and strawberry snacks. Great communication throughout our whole stay. I would definitely recommend this rental for friends and family. The kitchen had updated appliances that were easy to use. It was also stocked with some spices, sugars, flour, coffee.. and had plenty of utensils, pots and pans. I hope to stay again soon! Thank you Kendrie, you are an amazing host and your house was lovely! :)

A Rejuvenating Stay.

My family and I had the most delightful stay at Kendrie ad Adam's home and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the owners attentiveness and responsiveness, making me feel like a valued guest from the start. The attention to detail in this home was outstanding. From the well-stocked snacks and water to the thoughtful first aid kits, the owner truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay. It was evident that they put a lot of care into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for their guests. The house itself was simply stunning. The beautiful decor, cozy furnishings, and ample space made me feel right at home. The backyard was a true oasis, that was perfect for outdoor activities. The indoor and outdoor jacuzzies were a highlight of my stay, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. The kids asked several times to make this house our new home. One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was how easy it was to communicate with the owner. They were prompt in their responses and went out of their way to ensure all my questions were answered and needs were met. My overall experience of my stay at this charming ranch-style home was truly rejuvenating. We were all so sad to leave. It was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return for another stay. Five stars all the way!

Christmas home

We stayed the week of Christmas while visiting family in the San Antonio area. House was spacious and clean. Highlights were the deer and the hot tub for our family The owner decorated the inside of house for the holiday with Christmas trees. A very nice touch

Wonderful Stay, Wonder Host!

First, Kendrie was on point! She gave adequate information prior to my stay and asked for any request I may for our stay. During the trip, she checked on us through messenger and was very helpful through the whole stay! (Although we had everything we needed at the house.) Second, The property had great amenities, tons of entertainment and space. Beautiful home with so much to do! Dart board and mounted ring toss game were a plus! Very peaceful location with friendly wildlife. Third, I highly recommend staying here and spending the extra money to stay multiple nights. My Husband and I absolutely loved this place 10/10. Worth every penny. Friendly neighbors as well.

After living in Texas for 10 years and marrying my husband who is born and raised in Texas, we knew New Braunfels is an ideal location for anyone looking for an in-state vacation. Schlitterbahn, Floating the river, San Antonio, San Marcos outlets, Austin, etc. They are all in a very commutable distance from this home. Plus, this home is so peaceful and secluded that no one should be surprised if they don't want to leave!

We put so much into this house. There is a half-court basketball court, large hot tub, outdoor kitchen, 3 living rooms, and all the indoor family games you can imagine! Plus there is a beautiful family of deer who love to hang out in the backyard. They provide such a surreal and peaceful environment.
