The moment you step inside, you will be impressed by the elevated design and split-level floor plan, featuring 8 steps leading up to the cozy primary bedroom. The bedroom boasts a brand new king bed mattress and a 43" smart Roku TV, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day at the beach. A dedicated workspace with a desk and high speed internet is also provided for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

The living room is tastefully decorated and features a sofa, chair and a wall Murphy bed twin mattress, providing additional sleeping arrangements allowing us to host up to 3-4 guests comfortably in this stylish and cozy condo. A smart Roku 43” TV is also provided in the living room for your entertainment needs.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you'll need making it easy to prepare your favorite meals and snacks. We love mornings on vacay! So we have a Keurig coffee maker, k-cup coffee, sweeteners and creamer, We also provide snacks for your convenience.
The laundry room is conveniently located inside the condo, allowing you to pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay. The bath offers a separate vanity and large mirror with hotel toiletries provided. The private patio is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a long day at the beach.

The condo community is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along (up to 2 dogs allowed over 1 year old). Just please pick up after walking your pup! First floor condo to avoid carrying all your luggage and gear up and down stairs! This 2 story community will have guests above this unit at times. There is also a beautiful community pool with an upper sun deck and waterfall, lounge chairs, and umbrella tables, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful landscaping.

Drive-on beaches are just one mile away, allowing you to easily explore the beautiful coast. And when you're ready to return home, you can rest easy in this quiet and peaceful community.

And when you're ready to return to the condo, simply store everything in the garage until your next beach adventure.
